3. Setup and Initial Use

3.1 Charging the Power Bank

Before first use, fully charge your Kuulaa MagSafe Battery Pack. Connect the included USB-A to USB-C cable to the power bank's USB-C port and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The LED indicators on the power bank will illuminate to show the charging progress.

3.2 Checking Battery Level

Press the power button once to check the remaining battery level. The LED indicators will light up:

  • 1 LED: 0-25%
  • 2 LEDs: 26-50%
  • 3 LEDs: 51-75%
  • 4 LEDs: 76-100%

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Wireless Charging (MagSafe)

  1. Ensure your iPhone is MagSafe-compatible (iPhone 12/13/14/15/16 series) or has a MagSafe-certified case.
  2. Align the Kuulaa MagSafe Battery Pack with the back of your iPhone. The magnets will automatically snap into place, ensuring proper alignment for charging.
  3. The iPhone will display a charging animation, and the power bank's LEDs may indicate active charging.

4.2 Wired Charging (USB-C)

  1. Connect one end of the USB-A to USB-C cable (or a USB-C to USB-C cable, not included) to the USB-C port on the power bank.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to your device's charging port.
  3. The power bank will automatically begin charging your device.

4.3 Charging Multiple Devices Simultaneously

The power bank supports charging two devices at once: one wirelessly via MagSafe and one via the USB-C port. The total output will be shared between the devices.

5. Maintenance and Care

  • Keep the power bank away from water, fire, and extreme temperatures.
  • Avoid dropping or subjecting the device to strong impacts.
  • Clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Store in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 Device Not Charging

  • Ensure the power bank is sufficiently charged. Check the LED indicators.
  • For wireless charging, verify your phone is MagSafe-compatible or using a MagSafe-certified case.
  • Ensure proper alignment between the power bank and your phone for wireless charging.
  • For wired charging, check that the cable is securely connected to both the power bank and your device. Try a different cable if necessary.

6.2 Slow Charging

  • Ensure your device supports fast charging.
  • For wired charging, use a high-quality USB-C cable and a compatible fast-charging adapter for the power bank itself.
  • Background apps or heavy phone usage during charging can slow down the process.

6.3 Magnetic Attachment Issues

  • Ensure your iPhone is a MagSafe-compatible model (iPhone 12 series or newer).
  • If using a case, it must be a MagSafe-certified case. Standard cases or non-magnetic cases will prevent proper magnetic attachment.
  • Remove any foreign objects or debris between the power bank and your phone/case.
