After three years, it was renamed "Gypsum Queen II" and received a new Loadhaul paintwork. Its final finish was EWS maroon and yellow. On April 11, 2006, 60008 was renamed "Sir William McAlpine". The locomotive was decommissioned in September 2010 and stored until June 10, 2000, when it was transferred to Brush. This model is equipped with a 21-pin decoder and features a pre-installed Class 60 HM7000 sound profile, housing a state-of-the-art Sugarcube speaker.
