1. Important Safety Instructions

Please read these safety instructions carefully before using the appliance and keep them for future reference. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

  • This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
  • Do not allow children to play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
  • Only use the original power adapter provided by the manufacturer.
  • Do not use the appliance in wet environments or near heat sources.
  • Ensure all cables are clear of the robot's path to prevent entanglement.
  • Do not operate the robot if it is damaged or malfunctioning. Contact customer support.

3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking and Initial Preparation

  1. Remove all packaging materials and protective films from the robot and accessories.
  2. Install the side brushes by pressing them onto the square posts on the bottom of the robot until they click into place.

3.2 Charging Dock Placement

Place the charging dock against a wall on a hard, level surface. Ensure there is at least 1.5 feet (0.5 meters) of clear space on either side and 5 feet (1.5 meters) in front of the dock for optimal navigation.

3.3 Initial Charging

Connect the power adapter to the charging dock and plug it into a wall outlet. Place the robot onto the charging dock, ensuring the charging contacts align. The indicator light on the robot will show charging status. Fully charge the robot before first use (approximately 4-5 hours).

3.4 App Connection (Optional)

For advanced features and remote control, download the companion app from your smartphone's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your robot to your home Wi-Fi network. Ensure your Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz.

4. Operating

4.1 Starting/Stopping Cleaning

  • Start: Press the power button on the robot or the 'Clean' button on the remote/app. The robot will begin cleaning in Auto mode.
  • Pause: Press the power button or 'Clean' button again during operation.
  • Stop/Return to Dock: Press the 'Home' button on the remote/app, or hold the power button on the robot for 3 seconds.

4.2 Cleaning Modes

The robot offers multiple cleaning modes for different needs:

  • Automatic Cleaning: The robot intelligently navigates and cleans the entire area.
  • Spot Cleaning: Focuses on a specific dirty area, cleaning in a spiral pattern.
  • Edge Cleaning: Cleans along walls and furniture edges.
  • Random Cleaning: Cleans in a random pattern, suitable for open spaces.

4.3 Mopping Function

To use the mopping function:

  1. Fill the water tank with clean water. Do not use detergents or harsh chemicals.
  2. Attach a clean mop cloth to the water tank.
  3. Slide the filled water tank into the designated slot on the robot until it clicks.
  4. Start a cleaning cycle. The robot will vacuum and mop simultaneously.

4.4 Obstacle Avoidance and Navigation

The robot is equipped with multi-sensors to detect obstacles and prevent falls. It can seamlessly navigate around furniture and avoid stairs.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your robot vacuum.

5.1 Emptying the Dust Bin

Empty the dust bin after each cleaning cycle or when the 'Dust Bin Full' indicator (if available) illuminates. Press the release button to remove the dust bin, open it, and discard debris. Rinse the dust bin with water if necessary and allow it to air dry completely before reinserting.

5.2 Cleaning Filters

The robot uses a multi-layer filtration system. Tap the HEPA filter to remove dust. Do not wash the HEPA filter with water. The sponge filter can be rinsed with water. Replace filters every 3-6 months depending on usage.

5.3 Cleaning Side Brushes

Periodically check side brushes for tangled hair or debris. Use the cleaning tool to cut and remove any tangled material. If brushes are worn, replace them with new ones.

5.4 Cleaning Sensors

Wipe the cliff sensors (located on the bottom of the robot) and the bumper sensor (front of the robot) with a clean, dry cloth to ensure proper navigation and obstacle detection.

5.5 Cleaning Mop Cloth and Water Tank

After mopping, remove the mop cloth and wash it thoroughly. Allow it to air dry. Empty any remaining water from the water tank and rinse it. Ensure the tank is dry before storage.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your robot vacuum, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
