The Faber Maple Chimney is designed for wall-mounted installation. It supports both ducted and ductless configurations.

4.1 Installation Type

  • Ducted Installation: Smoke and odors are expelled outside through a duct pipe. This method offers optimal performance.

5. Operating Instructions

  • Allow the cycle to complete. The chimney will automatically turn off once finished.

6.2 Built-In Oil Collector

The chimney is equipped with a built-in oil collector to gather the oil and grease extracted from cooking fumes. This collector needs to be emptied and cleaned periodically.
