4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging of the Power Bank

Before first use, fully charge your iWALK Magnetic Portable Charger. Connect the provided USB-C to USB-C cable to the power bank's USB-C port and to a compatible PD 18W power adapter (not included). The LED display will show the charging progress, reaching 100% when fully charged.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Wireless Charging

For wireless charging, ensure your iPhone is compatible with magnetic wireless charging (iPhone 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 series). Align the iWALK Magnetic Portable Charger with the back of your iPhone. The strong magnets will snap it securely into place. Wireless charging will begin automatically. The power bank supports 7.5W wireless charging for iPhones.

5.2 Wired Charging (PD 18W)

To charge your device via wired connection, use a USB-C to USB-C cable (included) or a USB-C to Lightning cable (not included) to connect your device to the power bank's USB-C port. The power bank supports PD 18W output for fast wired charging.

5.3 Checking Battery Level

Press the small button located on the side/bottom of the power bank to activate the LED power display. The screen will show the current battery percentage.

5.4 SenseForce Temperature Control

The iWALK Magnetic Portable Charger is equipped with SenseForce Temperature Control Technology. This feature actively monitors and regulates the charging temperature to ensure it remains around 35.8℃, preventing overheating and ensuring safe operation for both the power bank and your device.

6. Maintenance

• Clean the power bank with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• If not used for extended periods, charge the power bank at least once every three months to maintain battery health.
• Avoid placing heavy objects on the power bank.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 Power Bank Not Charging

• Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank and the power adapter.
• Verify that the power adapter is functioning correctly and provides sufficient power (PD 18W recommended).
• Try a different USB-C cable or power adapter.

7.2 Device Not Charging Wirelessly

• Ensure your iPhone is compatible with magnetic wireless charging (iPhone 12-16 series).
• Check if your phone case is magnetic-compatible. Thick or non-magnetic cases may interfere with charging.
• Ensure the power bank is properly aligned with the charging coil on your iPhone.
• Verify the power bank has sufficient charge.

7.3 Slow Charging

• Ensure you are using a PD 18W compatible power adapter for wired charging of the power bank or your device.
• For wireless charging, ensure optimal alignment. Any misalignment can reduce efficiency.
• Close unnecessary apps on your phone to reduce power consumption during charging.

7.4 Power Bank Overheating

• While the SenseForce chip manages temperature, excessive heat can occur in extreme conditions. Disconnect the power bank and allow it to cool down.
• Ensure the power bank is not covered or placed in an enclosed space during charging or use.
• If overheating persists, discontinue use and contact customer support.
