Setup

1. Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge the device using the provided USB-C charging cable. Connect the USB-C end to the inflator's input port (IN 5V/3A) and the USB-A end to a compatible power source. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging progress.
2. Attach Air Tube: Screw one end of the flexible air tube securely into the designated port on the top of the inflator.
3. Select Adapter: Choose the appropriate adapter (Schrader valve is pre-attached to the air tube, Presta valve adapter, or ball needle) for the item you intend to inflate.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off: Long-press the power button (center button on the control panel) to turn the inflator on or off. The dual LED screen will illuminate.
2. Connect to Item: Securely attach the appropriate adapter on the air tube to the valve stem of the tire or item you wish to inflate. The screen will display the current pressure.
3. Select Inflation Mode: Press the mode button (left button on the control panel) to cycle through the preset modes: Car, Motorcycle, Bicycle, Ball, or Manual. Each mode has a default pressure range.
4. Adjust Target Pressure: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the desired target pressure (PSI, KPA, or BAR). The inflator will automatically stop once this pressure is reached.
5. Start Inflation: Press the power button (center button) to begin inflation. The device will operate until the preset pressure is achieved, then automatically shut off.
6. Flashlight Function: Short-press the light button (bottom button on the control panel) to activate the LED flashlight. Press again to switch to SOS mode, and a third time to turn it off.
7. Power Bank Function: The device includes a 5V/2A USB-A output port on the bottom, allowing it to function as an emergency power bank for charging other devices.
8. Air Compressor for Brad Nailer: The X8 APEX can also function as an emergency air compressor for brad nailers (for nails ≤1.18 inch). An adapter (not included) may be required.

Maintenance

• Keep the device clean and free from dust and debris.
• Store the inflator and its accessories in the provided storage pouch in a cool, dry place.
• Ensure the air tube and adapters are free from damage before each use.
• Regularly check the battery level and recharge as needed to maintain optimal performance.

Troubleshooting

• Device Not Turning On: Ensure the battery is charged. If not, connect to a power source using the USB-C cable.
• No Inflation/Slow Inflation: Check that the air tube is securely screwed into both the inflator and the tire valve. Ensure the correct inflation mode and target pressure are set.
• Inaccurate Pressure Reading: Ensure the air tube is properly connected to the valve stem without any leaks.
• Overheating: If the device becomes excessively hot during prolonged use, allow it to cool down before continuing. The innovative cooling function helps prevent this during normal operation.
