3. Setup Guide

3.1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your headphones using the provided USB-C cable. Connect the USB-C end to the headphone's charging port and the USB-A end to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or computer USB port. The indicator light will show charging status.

3.2. Powering On/Off

To power on, long press the power button for approximately 2 seconds until the indicator light illuminates. To power off, long press the power button for approximately 5 seconds until the indicator light turns off.

3.3. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
2. Long press the power button for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode. The indicator light will flash rapidly.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for "1MORE HQ31" in the list of available devices.
4. Select "1MORE HQ31" to connect. Once connected, the indicator light will stop flashing and remain solid.
5. The headphones can connect to two devices simultaneously. After connecting to the first device, repeat the pairing process for the second device.

3.4. Wearing the Headphones

Identify the left (L) and right (R) earcups. Adjust the headband length to ensure a comfortable and secure fit over your ears. The earcups are designed to rotate for optimal positioning and comfort.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Controls Overview

The headphones feature intuitive button controls located on the earcups for easy access to various functions:

• Power Button: Long press to power on/off. Short press to play/pause music or answer/end calls. Double click to switch between mobile phone function.
• Volume Up/Down Buttons: Press to adjust volume. Long press to skip tracks (next/previous).
• ANC Button: Press to cycle through Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) modes (ANC On, Transparency, ANC Off).

4.2. Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)

The QuietMax™ ANC technology reduces ambient noise by up to -42dB. Press the ANC button to switch between different noise-cancelling modes based on your environment:

Enhance your listening experience by downloading the 1MORE Music App. The app allows you to:

• Adjust Noise Cancellation levels.
• Select from 12 preset EQ modes (e.g., Studio, Bass Reducer, Classical, Podcast, Bass Booster, Deep) or customize your own EQ settings.
• Activate Spatial Audio for an immersive 360° sound experience.
• Enable Gaming Mode for ultra-low latency (0.08s).

4.4. Wired Mode & Gaming Mode

For a direct connection and minimal latency, you can use the headphones in wired mode via a USB-A to USB-C or Type-C to Type-C cable (sold separately). Gaming Mode, enabled via the 1MORE Music App, reduces wireless latency to 80ms for a more synchronized audio-visual experience during gaming.
