2. Safety Instructions
- Always place the dispenser on a flat, stable surface.

3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove the dispenser from its packaging.
- Inspect the unit for any shipping damage. If damaged, do not operate and contact customer support.
- Remove all packing materials, including any protective films or tapes.
3.2 Placement
- Place the dispenser upright on a level, sturdy surface capable of supporting its weight when full.
- Ensure the unit is in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- Allow at least 4 inches (10 cm) of clearance from walls on all sides for proper ventilation.
3.3 Water Bottle Installation (Bottom Loading)
- Open the lower cabinet door of the dispenser.
- Remove the cap from a standard 3 or 5-gallon water bottle.
- Insert the probe assembly into the opening of the water bottle. Ensure the probe is fully inserted and the bottle is securely seated.
- Slide the water bottle into the lower cabinet.
- Close the cabinet door.

3.4 Initial Priming and Power Connection
- After installing the water bottle, wait a few minutes for the water tanks to fill.
- Place a cup under each dispenser spout (hot, room, cold) and press the dispensing buttons until water flows steadily from each. This purges air from the system.
- Plug the dispenser into a grounded 110V electrical outlet.
- Turn on the hot and cold water switches located on the back of the unit (if applicable). Indicator lights on the front panel will illuminate.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Dispensing Water

- Cold Water: Place a cup under the cold water spout and press the cold water dispensing button.
- Room Temperature Water: Place a cup under the room temperature water spout and press the room temperature dispensing button.
- Hot Water (with Child-Safety Lock):
- Push the child-safety lock button (usually red) located above the hot water dispensing button.
- While holding the safety lock, press the hot water dispensing button.
- Release both buttons once the desired amount of hot water is dispensed.

4.2 Empty Bottle Warning
The dispenser is equipped with an empty bottle warning system. When the water bottle is nearly empty, an indicator light will illuminate, and an alarm may sound, signaling that the bottle needs to be replaced.
