6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your 1Mii B75 amplifier, please review the following common points:

  • No Sound: Ensure the amplifier is powered on, speakers are correctly connected, and the volume is turned up. Check that the correct input source is selected (wired connection takes precedence over Bluetooth).
  • Bluetooth Pairing Issues: Make sure the amplifier is in pairing mode (flashing red and blue light). Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and that you are within range. Disconnect any existing wired connections.
  • Optical Input No Sound (from TV): Verify that your TV's audio output settings are configured to "External Speaker" or "Optical Out", and the digital audio format is set to PCM (or Stereo).
  • Distorted Sound: Check speaker impedance (recommended 4~8 ohm). Ensure speaker cables are securely connected and not frayed. Reduce volume if distortion occurs at high levels.
  • Compatibility: This amplifier is not suitable for subwoofers or active speakers. It is designed for passive speakers only.

7. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your 1Mii B75 amplifier, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the amplifier. Avoid using liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
  • Placement: Place the amplifier in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating. Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, and excessive moisture.
  • Handling: Handle the device with care. Avoid dropping or subjecting it to strong impacts.
  • Storage: If storing the amplifier for an extended period, disconnect it from the power supply and store it in a cool, dry place.
