3. Product Overview
The SANNCE I71EQ is a 2K 3MP Super HD PoE IP security camera designed for both indoor and outdoor surveillance. It features advanced imaging and detection capabilities to enhance your security monitoring.

4. Setup
4.1 Physical Installation
The camera features a solid gimbal bracket for flexible mounting. Use the provided drill template and screws to securely attach the camera to a wall or ceiling. Ensure the mounting surface is stable enough to support the camera.
- Place the drill template on the desired mounting location and mark the screw holes.
- Drill holes at the marked positions.
- Attach the camera's mounting base using the provided screws.
- Adjust the camera's angle as needed and tighten the bracket to secure its position.

4.2 Connection
The SANNCE I71EQ camera supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), allowing both power and data transmission through a single Ethernet cable. An optional AC power adapter can also be used if PoE is not available.
- Connect one end of an Ethernet cable to the camera's network port.
- Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to a PoE switch or a PoE NVR.
- If not using PoE, connect a DC12V power adapter (not included) to the camera's power input and plug it into a power outlet.
- Ensure the network connection is active.

4.3 Mobile App Setup
To access and manage your camera remotely, download the SANNCE mobile application (available on Google Play and Apple App Store).
- Download and install the SANNCE app on your smartphone.
- Register an account and log in.
- Tap the '+' icon to add a new device.
- Scan the QR code on the camera or manually enter its UID.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup, including setting a password for the camera.

5. Operating
5.1 Live View
Once connected and set up, you can view the live feed from your camera through the SANNCE app or a compatible NVR/software.
5.2 Motion Detection
The camera supports smart human and vehicle detection. When enabled, the camera can trigger recordings and send notifications upon detecting relevant motion. Configuration options for detection zones and sensitivity are available in the app or NVR interface.

5.3 Night Vision

Clean the camera lens. Ensure the camera is not facing direct sunlight, overly dim, or overly bright areas. Verify network bandwidth if streaming is choppy. - Motion Detection Not Working:
Check motion detection settings in the app/NVR. Ensure detection zones are correctly configured and sensitivity is appropriate. Verify that the NVR supports event markers for human/vehicle detection. - No Audio:
Check audio settings in the app/NVR to ensure the microphone is enabled.
