4. Setup
The AIRMATE Pedestal Fan can be assembled in various configurations (tabletop, baby, or standing fan) by adjusting the number of extension poles used.
- Assemble the Base: Attach the fan head unit to the base plate. If using extension poles, screw the desired number of poles into the base plate first, then attach the fan head unit to the top pole. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Adjust Height: The fan's height can be adjusted by adding or removing the extension pole sections. For a tabletop fan, use no poles. For a baby fan, use one pole. For a standing fan, use both poles.
- Position the Fan: Place the fan on a firm, level surface. Ensure there are no obstructions to airflow around the fan.
- Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the fan's power input port, then plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions
The fan can be operated using the touch controls on the unit or the included remote control.
5.1 Power On/Off
- On Unit: Press the Power button (⏻) on the fan's control panel.
- Remote Control: Press the Power button (⏻) on the remote.
5.2 Speed Adjustment
The fan has 12 speed settings.
- On Unit: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to increase or decrease the fan speed.
- Remote Control: Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the remote to adjust speed.
5.3 Cooling Modes
The fan features three distinct cooling modes:
- Storm Mode: Delivers intense, refreshing wind for instant relief.
- Turbo Mode: Combines maximum fan speed with wide-angle oscillation to quickly circulate air across a large room.
- Children Mode: Provides a soft, quiet breeze, ideal for light sleepers and children.
To cycle through modes, press the Mode button (M) on the fan or remote control.
5.4 Oscillation
The fan offers both horizontal and manual vertical oscillation.
- Horizontal Oscillation (80°): Press the Oscillation button (↻) on the fan or remote to activate or deactivate automatic 80° horizontal oscillation.
- Vertical Oscillation (90° Manual): The fan head can be manually tilted up to 90° vertically to direct airflow as desired.
5.5 Timer Function
Set the fan to automatically turn off after a specified period, up to 12 hours.
- On Unit/Remote Control: Press the Timer button (⌛) repeatedly to set the desired operating time. Each press typically increases the timer by one hour.
