8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your AP200L Power Bank Station, refer to the table below for common problems and solutions.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit does not turn on | Battery is completely discharged. | Connect the unit to an AC adapter and charge it for at least 15 minutes before attempting to power on. |
| Devices are not charging | Output ports are not activated or unit is off. | Ensure the unit is powered on. Check if the specific output port is active (some units require a button press to activate AC/DC outputs). Verify cable connection. |
| Slow charging of devices | Cable or device not compatible with fast charging. | Use original or certified fast-charging cables and ensure your device supports the power station's output protocols (e.g., PD3.1, QC3.0). |
| Unit not charging from AC/Solar | Charging cable/adapter faulty or solar panel not receiving enough sunlight. | Check all cable connections. Try a different outlet/adapter. For solar, reposition the panel for maximum sunlight exposure. |
| Overload protection activated | Connected device draws too much power. | Disconnect the device. Turn the power station off and then on again. Ensure the total power draw of connected devices does not exceed 200W. |
