3. Setup Instructions
3.1 Battery Installation
The keyboard requires two AAA batteries, and the mouse requires one AA battery (not included). Ensure correct polarity when inserting batteries.
- Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the keyboard and mouse.
- Open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert the required batteries, matching the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.

3.2 Connectivity Modes
The Director-A supports dual-mode connectivity: 2.4G wireless via USB receiver and Bluetooth 5.0. You can connect up to three devices simultaneously (one 2.4G, two Bluetooth).
3.2.1 2.4G Wireless Connection
- Insert the 2.4G USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
- Turn on the keyboard and mouse. The devices should automatically connect to the receiver.
- Ensure the keyboard's mode switch (located at the top right) is set to '2.4G'.
3.2.2 Bluetooth Connection (BT1 / BT2)
- Turn on the keyboard and mouse.
- On the keyboard, press the mode switch button to select 'BT1' or 'BT2'. The corresponding indicator light will flash, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device (computer, tablet, iPad), enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
- For the keyboard, select "MEETION_KB_BT1" or "MEETION_KB_BT2" from the list and follow any on-screen prompts to complete pairing.
- For the mouse, select "MEETION_MS_BT1" or "MEETION_MS_BT2" from the list and follow any on-screen prompts to complete pairing.
- Once paired, the indicator light will stop flashing.

3.3 Multi-System Compatibility
The Director-A combo is compatible with Windows, Mac OS, iPad OS, and Android systems. You can switch between Windows and Mac layouts using the dedicated button on the right side of the keyboard.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Keyboard Functions
- Ergonomic Design: The keyboard features a slightly curved key layout and an integrated wrist rest to promote a comfortable typing posture.
- Adjustable Angle: Two adjustable stands on the underside allow you to set the keyboard at an optimal typing angle (3 or 8 degrees).
- Multimedia Keys: Use the Fn key in combination with the F1-F12 keys for various multimedia and shortcut functions (e.g., volume control, media playback, brightness adjustment). Refer to the function diagram for specific key combinations.

4.3 Power Saving
Both the keyboard and mouse feature an automatic sleep mode to conserve battery power. They will enter sleep mode after a period of inactivity. To wake them up, simply press any key on the keyboard or move/click the mouse.
