4. Setup and Initial Use
4.1 Charging the Headphones
Before first use, fully charge your G-TiDE Hibeat headphones.
- Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the headphones.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The LED indicator will show charging status. Once fully charged (approximately 3 hours), the indicator will change or turn off.
4.2 Powering On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds until the LED indicator lights up.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds until the LED indicator turns off.
4.3 Bluetooth Pairing
The G-TiDE Hibeat headphones use Bluetooth 5.3 for a fast and stable connection.
- Ensure the headphones are powered off.
- Press and hold the Power button for 5-7 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "G-TiDE Hibeat" from the list of devices.
- Once connected, the LED indicator will turn solid blue or flash slowly.
NFC Pairing (for Android devices): For quick pairing, simply tap your NFC-enabled Android device to the NFC area on the left earcup of the headphones. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the connection.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Music Playback
- Play/Pause: Press the Multi-function button (usually the power button or a dedicated play/pause button).
- Next Track: Press and hold the Volume Up button.
- Previous Track: Press and hold the Volume Down button.
- Volume Up: Short press the Volume Up button.
- Volume Down: Short press the Volume Down button.
5.2 Call Management
- Answer/End Call: Short press the Multi-function button.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the Multi-function button for 2 seconds.
- Redial Last Number: Double-press the Multi-function button.
5.3 Noise Cancellation (ANC)
The G-TiDE Hibeat headphones feature Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) with a dedicated physical switch.
- Activate ANC: Toggle the ANC switch to the "ON" position. The LED indicator for ANC will light up.
- Deactivate ANC: Toggle the ANC switch to the "OFF" position. The ANC LED indicator will turn off.
ANC can be used independently or while listening to audio.
5.4 Wired Connection (3.5mm Audio Cable)
You can use the headphones with the included 3.5mm audio cable when the battery is low or for devices without Bluetooth.
- Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the audio jack on the headphones.
- Connect the other end to the audio output of your device.
