1. Introduction

The Polaroid Now Generation 3 is an analog instant camera designed to capture and print moments instantly. This camera is compatible with both Polaroid i-Type Film and 600 Film, offering versatility in your instant photography experience. It features an upgraded two-lens autofocus system, a better light meter position, and a built-in tripod mount for enhanced usability. Creative modes like self-timer and double-exposure allow for unique photographic expressions. The camera is mindfully constructed with 40% recycled materials and includes a rechargeable battery.

2. What's Included

Upon unboxing your Polaroid Now Generation 3 camera, you should find the following items:

3.1 Charging the Camera

Before first use, ensure your Polaroid Now Generation 3 camera is fully charged. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the camera's charging port and a suitable USB power adapter. The charging indicator light will show the charging status.

3.2 Loading Film

The Polaroid Now Generation 3 uses Polaroid i-Type Film or 600 Film. To load film:

  1. Open the film door on the front of the camera by gently pressing the latch.
  2. Insert the film pack with the darkslide facing up. Ensure the film pack is pushed all the way in.
  3. Close the film door. The darkslide will automatically eject. Do not pull the darkslide out manually.
  4. The film counter on the back of the camera will display the number of remaining photos.

Important: Do not open the film door once film is loaded, as this will expose and ruin the remaining film.

4. Operating the Camera

4.1 Taking a Photo

To take a photo with your Polaroid Now Generation 3:

  1. Power on the camera using the power button.
  2. Look through the viewfinder to compose your shot. The camera features an autofocus system to ensure sharpness.
  3. Press the red shutter button to capture the image. The photo will eject from the front slot.

4.2 Flash Control

The camera has a built-in flash. By default, the flash is set to auto. You can toggle the flash on or off by pressing the flash button located near the viewfinder. The flash indicator light will confirm the current setting.
