Setup Instructions

Clean Components: Before first use, thoroughly rinse all parts of the fountain (water tank, stainless steel plate, filter box) with clean water. Do not use soap on the filters.
Assemble Filter: Place the filter and pre-filter into the filter box. Ensure they are seated correctly.
Install Wireless Pump: Place the wireless water pump into its designated slot in the base of the fountain.
Fill Water Tank: Fill the water tank with clean water up to the MAX line. The transparent tank allows for easy monitoring.
Place Stainless Steel Plate: Carefully place the stainless steel water plate on top of the water tank, ensuring it aligns properly.
Connect Power: Connect the adapter to the fountain and plug it into a power outlet. The fountain can also operate on dry batteries for backup.

Operating Modes

The Mova WF20 Pro offers three distinct water flow modes to suit your pet's preferences and conserve energy:

Continuous Mode: Provides a constant stream of water, mimicking a natural spring. This mode is ideal for encouraging pets to drink more frequently.
Smart Mode: Water flows for 20 seconds every 5 minutes. This mode balances continuous flow with energy efficiency.
Eco Mode: Water flows for 20 seconds each hour. This energy-saving mode is suitable for maintaining hydration for extended periods, even without constant supervision, and can last up to 10 days on battery backup.

To switch between modes, press the button on the front of the base. The indicator light will change color to reflect the active mode.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning and filter replacement are crucial for maintaining water quality and the longevity of your fountain.

Daily Maintenance:

Check water level and refill as needed. The transparent tank and auto-reminder will assist.
Wipe down the stainless steel water plate to remove any surface debris.

Weekly Cleaning:

Unplug the fountain and disassemble all removable parts (water tank, stainless steel plate, filter box, pump).
Clean the water tank and stainless steel plate with warm water and a mild, pet-safe detergent. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue.
Use the provided cleaning brush to clean the pump and its components, ensuring no hair or debris is obstructing the impeller.
Rinse the filter box.
Reassemble all parts once dry.

Filter Replacement:

It is recommended to change the main filter every 30 days, or sooner if the filter needs replacement indicator light illuminates (red light). The pre-filters should be rinsed weekly and replaced as needed.

Troubleshooting
