1.1. Vehicle Compatibility
This Android car radio is compatible with the following vehicle models:
- Ford Escape: 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006
- Mazda Tribute: 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007
- Mercury Mariner: 2005, 2006, 2007
The unit features a 9-inch touchscreen display.

3. Product Features
Your Realdio car radio is equipped with advanced features to enhance your driving experience:

4. Installation
Professional installation is recommended. Ensure the vehicle's battery is disconnected before beginning installation.
4.1. General Installation Steps
- Remove the existing car stereo and trim.
- Connect the power cable, RCA cable, and dual USB cable to the new Realdio unit.
- Install the GPS antenna in a location with a clear view of the sky.
- Connect the external microphone for hands-free calling.
- Perform rear camera wiring as detailed below.
- Secure the Realdio unit into the dashboard opening.
- Reconnect the vehicle's battery and test all functions.

4.2. Reversing Camera Wiring
The reverse input cable must be plugged in, even if the reverse camera is not being used, to prevent interference with Bluetooth and WiFi signal reception.
- Red Cable (1): Connects to the positive terminal of the car's reverse light cable.
- Black Cable (2): Connects to the negative terminal of the car's reverse light cable.
- There is no need to connect the other two red extension cables (3) and (4).

4.3. Steering Wheel Control
The unit supports steering wheel controls for convenience.
- Without CANBUS Decoder: Connect the Key1/Key2 wires in the power cable to the corresponding port or wire of your original car. Then, go to 'SWC' in the settings to manually match and activate button functions.
- With CANBUS Decoder: Connect the CANBUS before powering on the radio. Then, follow this path: Apps -> Settings -> Factory Settings (8888/8317) -> Vehicle -> Automotive Type. Select the brand of the CANBUS decoder and then the matching model and year.

5. Setup
5.1. Initial Power On
After successful installation, turn on your vehicle's ignition. The unit should power on automatically. Follow any on-screen prompts for initial setup, such as language selection and time zone.
5.2. Bluetooth Pairing
To pair your smartphone via Bluetooth:
- On the car radio, navigate to the Bluetooth settings.
- Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and search for available devices.
- Select the car radio (device name typically 'RK3326S' or similar) from your phone's Bluetooth list.
- Confirm the pairing code on both devices if prompted.
- Once paired, you can make hands-free calls and stream audio.
5.3. WiFi Connection
To connect to a WiFi network for online features:
- Go to the system settings on the car radio.
- Select 'Network & Internet' or 'WiFi'.
- Turn on WiFi and select your desired network from the list.
- Enter the password if required and connect.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1. Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto
Once your phone is paired via Bluetooth, Wireless CarPlay or Android Auto should activate automatically. You can access your phone's compatible apps directly from the car radio's screen. Use voice commands (Siri or Google Assistant) for hands-free operation.
6.2. GPS Navigation
Utilize the pre-installed navigation apps or download your preferred ones from the Google Play Store. Ensure a WiFi connection for online maps and traffic updates. Offline maps can be downloaded for use without an internet connection.
6.3. FM/RDS Radio
Access the Radio application from the main menu. You can manually tune to stations or use the scan function to find available frequencies. RDS (Radio Data System) provides additional information like station name and song title where available.
6.4. Media Playback
Play music or videos from various sources:
- Bluetooth Music: Stream audio wirelessly from your paired smartphone.
- USB: Connect a USB drive to play media files.
- Apps: Use streaming apps like Spotify, YouTube, etc., installed from the Google Play Store.
6.5. Split Screen Functionality
To use split-screen mode, open an application and then drag another compatible application from the side menu to display both simultaneously. This allows for multitasking, such as running navigation and music side-by-side.
6.6. UI Themes

7. Maintenance
7.1. Cleaning the Screen
Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the touchscreen. For stubborn smudges, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a screen-safe cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
7.2. Software Updates
Periodically check for software updates through the system settings. Updates can provide new features, performance improvements, and bug fixes. Ensure a stable internet connection during updates.
8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Realdio car radio, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- No Power: Check all power connections and the vehicle's fuse box. Ensure the unit is properly installed.
- No Sound: Verify speaker connections, volume levels, and audio settings (EQ, balance). Ensure the correct audio source is selected.
- Bluetooth Connectivity Issues: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices and they are within range. Try unpairing and re-pairing the device.
- GPS Signal Loss: Ensure the GPS antenna has a clear view of the sky and is securely connected.
