  • ANC On/Off Switch: Activates or deactivates Active Noise Cancellation.
  • Type-C Charging Port: Used for charging the headphones.

Setup

1. Charging the Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your headphones.

  1. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the Type-C charging port on the headphones.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  3. The LED indicator will show charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours. A 10-minute charge can provide approximately 10 hours of playtime.

2. Powering On/Off

  • To Power On: Press and hold the On/Off button until the LED indicator lights up.
  • To Power Off: Press and hold the On/Off button until the LED indicator turns off.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

Pair your headphones with a Bluetooth-enabled device for wireless audio.

  1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
  2. Press and hold the On/Off button for approximately 5-7 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue and red alternately, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your device (smartphone, laptop, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  4. Select "HTC HP02" from the list of found devices.
  5. Once paired, the LED indicator on the headphones will flash blue slowly. The headphones will automatically connect to the last paired device when powered on.

4. Wired Connection (3.5mm Audio Cable)

You can use the headphones in wired mode even if the battery is depleted.

  1. Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the 3.5mm audio port on the headphones.
  2. Connect the other end to the audio output jack of your device.
  3. In wired mode, Bluetooth functionality and ANC may be disabled, depending on the headphone's power state.

Operating Instructions

Music Playback

  • Play/Pause: Short press the On/Off button.
  • Volume Up: Short press the Vol+ button.
  • Volume Down: Short press the Vol- button.
  • Next Track: Long press the Vol- button.
  • Previous Track: Long press the Vol+ button.

Call Management

  • Answer/End Call: Short press the On/Off button.
  • Reject Call: Long press the On/Off button.
  • Redial Last Number: Double-press the On/Off button (functionality may vary by device).

Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)

The HTC HP02 headphones feature Active Noise Cancellation to reduce ambient noise.

  • Activate ANC: Toggle the ANC On/Off switch to the 'On' position. The ANC indicator light will illuminate.
  • Deactivate ANC: Toggle the ANC On/Off switch to the 'Off' position. The ANC indicator light will turn off.
