Setup
Unpacking
Carefully remove your Samsonite Elevation Plus luggage from its packaging. Inspect the luggage for any signs of damage incurred during shipping. Retain all packaging materials for a short period in case of returns or exchanges.
Handle Adjustment (RightHeight™ System)
The RightHeight™ handle system allows for multiple 1-inch adjustments to customize the handle height for your comfort. To adjust, press the button located on the handle grip and extend or retract the handle to your desired height. Release the button to lock it in place.

Setting the TSA Combination Lock
Your luggage is equipped with an integrated TSA-approved combination lock for security. To set your personal combination:
- Ensure the lock is set to its factory default (usually 0-0-0).
- Locate the small reset button (often recessed) next to the dials. Use a pen or pointed object to press and hold this button.
- While holding the reset button, set your desired 3-digit combination by turning the dials.
- Release the reset button. Your new combination is now set. Remember your combination as Samsonite cannot retrieve it.

Using the Integrated AirTag Holder
The luggage includes an integrated AirTag holder for easy tracking of your bag. Simply insert your Apple AirTag into the designated holder located within the luggage's interior lining. This allows you to track your luggage's location via the Find My app on your Apple device.

Packing and Internal Organization
The Elevation Plus luggage offers thoughtful internal organization. Utilize the zippered lining and WetPak™ pockets on the secondary divider to keep toiletries and small accessories neatly separated and secure. The main compartments feature cross-straps to compress and hold your belongings in place during transit.

Expandable Capacity
For additional packing space, your luggage features an expandable zipper. Unzip this external zipper to increase the depth of the main compartment, providing extra room for souvenirs or last-minute items.
Maneuvering with Spinner Wheels
The luggage is equipped with modernly designed hubcaps and durable, smooth nylon spinner wheels. These wheels allow for effortless 360-degree movement, making it easy to navigate through airports and various terrains. The RightHeight™ handle, combined with the spinner wheels, ensures smooth and comfortable transport.

Maintenance
Cleaning the Exterior
The polypropylene shell is designed to be scratch-resistant. To clean, wipe the exterior with a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish. Dry thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth.
Cleaning the Interior
The Recyclex™ interior lining can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Allow the interior to air dry completely before closing the luggage to prevent mildew.
Wheel Care
Periodically check the spinner wheels for any debris or hair that may impede their smooth operation. Clean as needed with a small brush or cloth. Avoid applying lubricants as this may attract more dirt.
Zipper Maintenance
The Fuzion zippers by YKK are designed for durability. If zippers become stiff, apply a small amount of zipper lubricant or wax to the teeth. Ensure no fabric is caught in the zipper path.
Troubleshooting
Handle is Stuck
If the RightHeight™ handle becomes difficult to extend or retract, check for any obstructions in the handle mechanism. Ensure the release button is fully depressed. Avoid forcing the handle, as this may cause damage.
Wheels Not Rolling Smoothly
Inspect the spinner wheels for any accumulated dirt, hair, or debris. Clean the wheels thoroughly as described in the Maintenance section. Ensure the wheels are not bent or damaged.
Combination Lock Issues
If you forget your combination, unfortunately, Samsonite cannot reset it. You may need to contact a locksmith or a Samsonite service center for assistance. Ensure you are entering the correct combination and that the dials are aligned properly.
