Product Overview

The Teamson Home 28.5" Outdoor 4-Tier Stacked Stone Cascading Water Fountain is designed to enhance your outdoor living space with its natural beauty and soothing water flow. Crafted from durable, weather-resistant polyresin, this fountain features a faux brown stacked stone wall. Water cascades through four textured vessels, creating a continuous flow into a rocky base. Integrated LED lights illuminate the water from underwater, providing a mesmerizing glow, especially at night. The fountain includes a water control unit, power cord, and a cover for the back to protect the interior from debris.

Safety Information

• Always disconnect the power supply before performing any maintenance or cleaning.
• Ensure the fountain is placed on a stable, level surface to prevent tipping.
• Do not operate the fountain without sufficient water, as this can damage the pump.
• Keep the power cord and electrical connections away from water and out of high-traffic areas.
• Do not allow children or pets to play with or drink from the fountain.
• In freezing temperatures, drain the fountain completely and store it indoors to prevent damage.
• Use only clean water in the fountain. Avoid using chemicals that are not specifically designed for fountains.

Setup

Setting up your Teamson Home water fountain is a straightforward process.

1. Unboxing: Carefully remove the fountain from its packaging. The packaging is designed to protect the unit during transit. Gently flip the box over and slide the fountain out to avoid damage. All components are well-organized within the packaging.

2. Placement: Choose a stable, level location for your fountain. Ensure it is near a suitable electrical outlet and that the power cord can reach without being stretched or creating a tripping hazard.

3. Connect Pump and Lights: Locate the water pump and the LED light connections. Connect the pump to the tubing inside the fountain. If the LED lights are not pre-installed, connect them according to the diagrams in your specific manual. Ensure all connections are secure.

4. Install Debris Screens: Place the provided debris screens over the openings of the bowls to prevent leaves and other large particles from entering the pump reservoir.

5. Fill with Water: Fill the fountain with clean water. The most efficient way to fill the fountain is by directing the hose into the back reservoir of the fountain. The fountain has a water capacity of 2.6 gallons. Ensure the water level is sufficient to fully submerge the pump.

6. Power On: Once filled, plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The pump should begin circulating water, and the LED lights will illuminate.

Operating Instructions

• Water Level: Regularly check the water level. Due to evaporation, especially in warm or windy conditions, water levels will decrease. Refill as needed to ensure the pump remains fully submerged.
• Power Control: The fountain operates by plugging it into a standard electrical outlet. Unplug to turn off.
• LED Lights: The LED lights are designed to operate when the fountain is powered on, illuminating the water flow for enhanced visual appeal.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Periodically clean the fountain to prevent algae buildup and mineral deposits. Use a soft brush and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly.
• Pump Cleaning: Disconnect the pump and clean it regularly. Remove any debris or mineral buildup from the pump impeller and housing to maintain optimal water flow.
• Debris Screens: Clean the debris screens frequently to ensure proper water circulation and prevent clogging.
• Water Quality: Use distilled water or a fountain algaecide/clarifier to minimize mineral deposits and algae growth.
• Winterization: Before the first frost, completely drain all water from the fountain. Disconnect the pump and store it indoors in a dry, frost-free location. Clean and dry the fountain unit thoroughly before storing it indoors or covering it with a protective cover in a sheltered area.
