Follow these steps to properly install your phone mount:

4.1 Choosing an Installation Surface

The suction cup base is designed for smooth, flat surfaces such as glass, metal, or smooth plastic. For textured or uneven dashboards, use the included dashboard adhesive pad.

4.2 Installation Procedure

1. Clean the Surface: Thoroughly clean the dashboard or windshield area where you intend to install the mount. If using the dashboard adhesive pad, clean that area first, then remove the 3M adhesive protective film from the pad and stick it firmly to the desired surface.
2. Attach the Suction Cup: Press the suction cup firmly onto the clean, smooth base (either the dashboard directly or the adhesive pad).
3. Secure the Mount: While pressing down, rotate the bearing on the suction cup base towards the "Tight" direction until it is securely locked. This creates a vacuum seal.
4. Remove (if needed): To remove the mount, rotate the bearing towards the "Open" direction and gently lift the side with the "lock" icon.

5. Operation

5.1 Attaching Your Phone

The mount features a strong magnetic surface. Simply bring your Magsafe-compatible phone or phone with a Magsafe case close to the mount's magnetic ring. The magnets will automatically align and secure your device.

If your phone or case is not Magsafe compatible, use the included Magsafe adhesive ring. Attach this ring to the back of your phone or case to enable magnetic attachment.

Note: The mount is not compatible with uneven phone cases such as armor cases, silicone cases, leather cases, or cases with pop sockets unless a smooth, flat Magsafe-compatible surface is created.

6.2 Surface Compatibility
