4. Setup Guide

4.1. Initial Charging

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the mouse. Connect the included USB-C cable to the mouse's Type-C interface and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter). The indicator light will show charging status.

4.2. Connecting the Mouse

The X23Pro mouse offers three connection modes:

1. 2.4G Wireless Mode:
   • Locate the USB receiver in the compartment on the bottom of the mouse.
   • Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
   • Slide the switch on the bottom of the mouse to the '2.4G' position.
   • Long press the 'Code Key' (located on the bottom) until the top indicator light flashes green, indicating pairing mode. The mouse should connect automatically.
2. Bluetooth 5.0 Mode:
   • Slide the switch on the bottom of the mouse to the 'BT' position.
   • Long press the 'Code Key' until the top indicator light flashes blue, indicating pairing mode.
   • On your device (PC, laptop, Mac, Android), go to Bluetooth settings and search for 'X23Pro'. Select it to pair.
3. USB-C Wired Mode:
   • Connect the USB-C cable to the mouse and the other end to your computer's USB port.
   • The mouse will automatically switch to wired mode and function without needing to select a wireless mode.

4.3. USB Receiver Storage

The USB receiver is conveniently stored in a dedicated compartment on the bottom of the mouse for portability and to prevent loss. To access it, gently open the small cover on the bottom.

5.1. Button Functions

The EWEADN X23Pro mouse features 6 buttons, each with a default function:

• Left Button: Primary click function.
• Right Button: Secondary click function (context menu).
• Scroll Wheel: Scroll up/down. Click for middle button function.
• Forward Button: Navigates forward in web browsers/applications.
• Backward Button: Navigates backward in web browsers/applications.
• DPI Button (bottom): Cycles through DPI settings.
• Code Key (bottom): Used for pairing in wireless modes.

5.2. Adjusting DPI

The mouse has 6 preset DPI levels: 800, 1600 (default), 2400, 3200, 6400, and 12,000. To change DPI, press the DPI toggle button located on the bottom of the mouse. The indicator light may change color to reflect the current DPI setting. For custom DPI values, use the dedicated driver software.

The mouse supports 4 adjustable polling rates: 125Hz, 250Hz, 500Hz, and 1000Hz. These can be adjusted via the driver software to optimize responsiveness for different tasks or games.

  • Clean the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse.
• Buttons not working or unresponsive:
  • Ensure the mouse is fully charged.
  • If using custom software, reset button assignments to default and test.
  • Update the mouse driver software to the latest version.
• Mouse enters sleep mode too quickly:
  • The mouse enters primary sleep mode after 1 minute of inactivity. This is normal behavior to conserve battery. Movement or a button press will wake it up.
