2. Safety Instructions

4. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the food warmer from its packaging. Remove any protective films from the stainless steel surfaces.
  2. Placement: Place the unit on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is sufficient space around the unit for proper ventilation (at least 4 inches from walls or other appliances).
  3. Power Connection: Plug the UL certified power cord into a grounded 120V electrical outlet. The power cord is conveniently located at the front of the unit.
  4. Shelf Installation: Insert the 5 adjustable mesh racks into the desired positions within the cabinet. The shelves can be adjusted to accommodate different food container sizes.
  5. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe down the interior and exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Ensure all surfaces are dry before plugging in the unit.

5. Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Flip the red power switch to the 'ON' position. The heating indicator light will illuminate.
  2. Set Temperature: Rotate the temperature dial to select the desired holding temperature between 86°F and 185°F. The internal temperature will be displayed on the gauge.
  3. Preheating: Allow the unit to preheat for approximately 15-20 minutes to reach the set temperature.
  4. Add Water (Optional for Humidity): For moist heat, fill the water tray at the bottom of the unit with a small amount of water. This helps maintain food moisture.
  5. Load Food: Place pre-cooked, hot food onto the adjustable mesh racks. Ensure food containers do not block the internal air circulation. The 133Qt capacity and 5 tiers allow for various pan sizes, including full-size hotel pans and 13-inch pizzas.
  6. Close Door: Securely close the tempered glass door. The magnetic seal ensures optimal heat retention.
  7. Monitor: Periodically check the temperature gauge to ensure the desired holding temperature is maintained. The smart thermostat will automatically regulate the heat.
  8. Power Off: When finished, remove all food, then flip the power switch to the 'OFF' position and unplug the unit.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

  1. Disconnect Power: Always unplug the food warmer from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning or performing any maintenance.

  4. Glass Door: Clean the tempered glass door with a glass cleaner or a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch the glass.
  5. Door Seal: Regularly inspect the magnetic door seal for any damage or wear. A clean and intact seal is crucial for efficient heat retention.
  6. Heating Element: Ensure the heating element is free from food debris. Do not use sharp objects to clean the element.
  7. Storage: Store the food warmer in a dry, clean place when not in use.
