4. Setup

5. Operating Instructions
- Power On: Flip the red power switch to the 'ON' position. The heating indicator light will illuminate.
- Set Temperature: Rotate the temperature dial to select the desired holding temperature between 86°F and 185°F. The internal temperature will be displayed on the gauge.
- Preheating: Allow the unit to preheat for approximately 15-20 minutes to reach the set temperature.
- Add Water (Optional for Humidity): For moist heat, fill the water tray at the bottom of the unit with a small amount of water. This helps maintain food moisture.
