6.3 Grounding
Ensure proper grounding of the control system to prevent electrical hazards and ensure stable operation. Refer to your machine's grounding requirements.
7. Operating Instructions
The F2100B control system is designed for intuitive operation through its integrated keyboard and 7-inch HD display. Specific operational procedures will depend on the cutting machine it is integrated with and the software used.
7.1 Powering On/Off
- To power on, ensure all connections are secure and then apply DC +24V power. The system will boot up and display the main interface.
- To power off, follow the shutdown procedure within the system's software interface if available, then disconnect the power supply.
7.2 Basic Navigation and Input
- Use the alphanumeric keys for data entry and program editing.
- Function keys (F1-F8) provide quick access to common operations such as Ignition, Preheat, Arc, Heighten, Cut Oxy, and I/O off.
- Navigation keys (arrows, HOME, END, PgUp, PgDn) allow movement within menus and programs.
- The 'START' button initiates operations, and the 'STOP' button halts them.
7.3 Language Selection
The system supports multiple languages. Refer to the system settings menu on the display to select your preferred language (e.g., Chinese, English, Spanish, Portuguese, French).
