5. Assembly and Setup

Follow these steps to assemble and prepare your scooter for its first ride.

1. Unfolding the Scooter:

   Carefully lift the handlebar stem until it locks into place. Ensure the folding mechanism is securely latched.

2. Handlebar Installation:

   Attach the handlebars to the stem, ensuring all cables are properly connected and not pinched. Tighten any screws as indicated in the quick start guide (not included in this manual).

3. Initial Charging:

   Before first use, fully charge the scooter's battery. Connect the charger to the charging port and then to a power outlet. The indicator light on the charger will change when charging is complete.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Turning On/Off

• To Turn On: Press and hold the power button on the display for a few seconds until the screen illuminates.
• To Turn Off: Press and hold the power button again until the screen turns off.

6.2 Riding

1. Place one foot on the deck and push off with the other foot.
2. Once you gain some momentum, gently press the accelerator lever.
3. Place your other foot on the deck and maintain balance.

6.3 Braking

The NAVEE GT3 Pro is equipped with a dual braking system for effective stopping.

• Gently squeeze the brake levers on the handlebars to slow down or stop.
• Apply both brakes simultaneously for maximum stopping power, especially in emergency situations.

6.4 Using the NAVEE App

Download the official NAVEE app from your smartphone's app store to unlock additional features and controls.

• Pairing: Follow the in-app instructions to pair your scooter via Bluetooth.
• Features: The app allows you to monitor battery status, control energy recovery settings, activate the electronic lock, manage automatic sensor headlights, and utilize Apple's "Find My" feature for location tracking.

7. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your scooter.

• Cleaning: Wipe the scooter with a damp cloth. Do not use high-pressure water or corrosive cleaners.
• Battery Care:
  • Charge the battery regularly, even if not in use, to maintain its health.
  • Avoid completely draining the battery.
  • Store the scooter in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• Tire Maintenance: Check tire pressure weekly and inflate as needed. Inspect tires for wear and tear.
