Setup and Initial Use

Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the coffee machine. The device is equipped with a powerful 7800mAh battery. Use the provided Type-C charging cable to connect the machine to a power source (car charger, power bank, or laptop).

• A full charge typically takes approximately 120 minutes.
• A single charge allows for over 200 cups of coffee when using hot water (no heating required by the machine) or 4-5 cups when heating cold water.

Operating Instructions

The Omana Portable Coffee Machine offers a 3-in-1 brewing system, supporting ground coffee, Nespresso capsules, and Dolce Gusto capsules.

Preparing Your Coffee

Select the appropriate adapter based on your coffee choice:

1. For Ground Coffee: Use the Coffee Powder Adapter. Fill with your desired amount of ground coffee.
2. For Nespresso Capsules: Use the Nespresso Capsule Adapter. Insert a Nespresso-compatible capsule.
3. For Dolce Gusto Capsules: Use the Dolce Gusto Capsule Adapter. Insert a Dolce Gusto capsule.

Adding Water and Brewing

The machine can brew with either cold or hot water. The water tank capacity is 80ml.

• Using Cold Water (Self-Heating): Fill the water tank with cold water. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. The machine will automatically heat the water to 92°C/198°F (typically 5-6 minutes for 70ml) and then automatically extract the coffee.
• Using Hot Water (No Heating): Fill the water tank with hot water. Double-click the power button to start brewing directly. This saves battery life and time.

The machine delivers 60ml of espresso with a maximum pressure of 19 BARS, ensuring a rich flavor and crema.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your coffee machine.

• Automatic Cleaning: Add fresh water to the machine and run it once without any coffee capsules or powder. This helps to automatically clean the internal components.
• Manual Cleaning: The capsule adapter and food-grade coffee cup can be easily removed and rinsed with water.
• Important: DO NOT SOAK THE MACHINE in water. Only clean removable parts and wipe the main body with a damp cloth.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Omana Portable Coffee Machine, please refer to the following common solutions:

• No Power/Not Turning On: Ensure the battery is fully charged. Connect the machine to a power source and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to turn it on.
• Coffee Not Brewing/Weak Flow:
  • Check water level in the tank.
  • Ensure the coffee adapter is correctly installed and sealed.
  • If using ground coffee, ensure it's not too finely ground or over-tamped, which can block the flow.
  • Perform an automatic cleaning cycle to clear any blockages.
• Water Not Heating: Ensure you are pressing and holding the button for 2 seconds for cold water heating. Verify the battery has sufficient charge, as heating consumes more power.
• Leaking: Ensure all components, especially the coffee adapter and water tank, are securely tightened before brewing.
