2.3 Placement

3. Operation
3.1 Powering On and Temperature Control
- Plug the power cord into a suitable 110-120V grounded electrical outlet.
- Turn the red power switch to the 'ON' position. The indicator light will illuminate.
- Rotate the temperature control knob to set the desired holding temperature. The unit can maintain temperatures between 85°F (30°C) and 175°F (80°C).

3.2 Loading Food
The food warmer features a dual-door design for convenient access. Open the front or rear doors to place pre-cooked, hot food items onto the removable shelves. Ensure food is placed in appropriate heat-safe containers.

3.3 LED Lighting
The integrated LED light can be switched on independently to enhance the visibility and presentation of the food. Locate the 'Hot Light' switch on the control panel to activate it.
4. Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning Instructions
Regular cleaning is crucial for hygiene and optimal performance. Always unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly.
- Interior & Shelves: The shelves are removable for easy cleaning. Carefully slide out the shelves and wash them with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry completely before reinserting. The interior base can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the surfaces.

4.2 Storage
