3. Setup
3.1 SIM Card Installation
The OUKITEL WP35 Pro supports dual SIM cards. To install your SIM card(s) and/or TF card:
- Locate the SIM tray on the side of the device.
- Use the provided SIM ejector tool to open the tray.
- Carefully place your Nano-SIM card(s) and/or TF card into the designated slots.
- Gently push the tray back into the device until it clicks into place.
3.2 Initial Power On
Press and hold the Power button located on the side of the phone until the OUKITEL logo appears. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial setup, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, and Google account sign-in.
3.3 RAM Expansion
The OUKITEL WP35 Pro features expandable RAM. To manually expand the RAM (up to 36GB total), navigate to the device settings and locate the memory expansion option. Follow the instructions to allocate additional storage as RAM.

6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your OUKITEL WP35 Pro, consider the following general troubleshooting steps:
- Device Not Responding: Press and hold the Power button for about 10-15 seconds to force a restart.
- Charging Issues: Ensure the USB cable and charger are properly connected and undamaged. Try a different charger or cable if available.
