Noise Cancellation Modes

Toggle between these modes using the button on the left earcup or through the Bose Music app. The app also allows for custom modes and a Wind Block feature.
Audio Playback and Calls
Use the buttons on the right earcup to control playback (play/pause, skip tracks), adjust volume, and manage calls. The integrated microphone ensures clear communication.
Adjustable EQ
Personalize your listening experience by adjusting the bass, mid-range, and treble settings via the Bose Music app. This allows you to fine-tune the sound to your preference.
Multi-point Connectivity
The headphones can connect to multiple Bluetooth devices simultaneously. Use the multi-point toggle feature to seamlessly switch between connected devices without needing to disconnect and reconnect each time.
Wired Connection

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Bose QuietComfort Headphones, try the following solutions:
| Problem | Possible Solution |
|---|---|
| Headphones not powering on | Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a power source and allow a few minutes for charging before attempting to power on. |
| Cannot pair via Bluetooth | Ensure headphones are in pairing mode (blinking blue light). Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device. Forget the device from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again. Move closer to your device. |
| No sound or poor sound quality | Check volume levels on both headphones and connected device. Ensure the audio cable is fully inserted if using wired connection. Try another audio source or device. |
| Noise cancellation not effective | Ensure earcups are properly sealed around your ears. Check the noise cancellation mode setting in the Bose Music app. |
| Headphones not responding | Perform a soft reset by connecting the headphones to a power source for 5 seconds, then disconnecting. If issues persist, refer to the Bose Music app for advanced troubleshooting or contact support. |
