Operating Instructions
Control Panel and Modes
The RF25 features an intuitive control panel for easy temperature and mode adjustments. It offers two operating modes: ECO and MAX.
- ECO Mode: Energy-saving mode, consuming approximately 28W. Ideal for maintaining temperature over longer periods.
- MAX Mode: Fast cooling mode, consuming approximately 40W. Use for rapid temperature drops.
The refrigerator can cool from 68°F to 32°F in 15 minutes and to -4°F in 45 minutes (based on 77°F ambient temperature and empty box conditions).

Battery Protection Modes
The refrigerator is equipped with 3-level battery protection to prevent excessive discharge of your vehicle's battery when using 12V/24V DC power. You can select High, Medium, or Low mode based on your battery type and usage needs. The factory default setting is High mode.
| Voltage | Mode | Cut Out (V) | Cut In (V) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 12V DC | High | 11.1 | 12.4 |
| Medium | 10.4 | 11.7 | |
| Low | 9.6 | 10.9 | |
| 24V DC | High | 24.3 | 25.7 |
| Medium | 22.8 | 24.2 | |
| Low | 21.3 | 22.7 |
Note: If the input voltage is lower than the 'Cut Out' voltage for the selected mode, the refrigerator will automatically turn off to protect the battery. For example, in High mode, the input voltage must be higher than 12.5V to turn on the refrigerator.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Setpower RF25, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Refrigerator not turning on | No power supply; Low battery voltage (E1 error); Damaged power cable. | Check power connection; Adjust battery protection mode or charge battery; Inspect and replace cable if damaged. |
| Insufficient cooling | Vents blocked; Ambient temperature too high; Door not sealed properly; ECO mode selected. | Clear vents; Move to cooler area; Ensure lid is closed tightly; Switch to MAX mode. |
| Unusual noise | Unit not level; Fan obstruction. | Place on a level surface; Check for obstructions around the fan. |
| E1 Error Code | Low input voltage from battery. | This indicates the battery protection system has activated. Charge your battery or switch to a lower battery protection mode (e.g., from High to Medium or Low) if safe for your battery. |
If the problem persists after attempting these solutions, please contact Setpower customer support for assistance.
