Introduction
This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient use of your Maxcom MM835 4G Dual SIM mobile phone. Please read it carefully before using the device and keep it for future reference.

Setup
1. Unboxing and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove all items from the packaging. Verify that all components listed in the 'What's in the Box' section are present and undamaged.

2. Installing the SIM Card and Battery
The Maxcom MM835 supports Dual Nano SIM cards. To install:
- Carefully remove the back cover of the phone.
- Insert the Nano SIM card(s) into the designated slot(s) with the gold contacts facing down. Ensure they are correctly seated.
- Insert the battery into its compartment, aligning the contacts.
- Replace the back cover until it clicks securely into place.
Note: SIM card insertion can be challenging. Use the provided SIM tray ejector if necessary.
3. Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the phone. Connect the USB Type-C cable to the phone's charging port and the other end to the power adapter. Plug the adapter into a wall outlet. The charging indicator will show the charging status.

4. Powering On and Initial Configuration
Press and hold the Power button until the screen lights up. Follow the on-screen prompts to select your preferred language and set the date and time.
Operating Instructions
1. Basic Call Functions
- Making a Call: Open the phone, enter the phone number using the large keypad, and press the green call button.
- Answering a Call: Open the phone to answer an incoming call. The external display shows caller ID.
- Ending a Call: Press the red end call button or close the phone.

2. Sending Text Messages
Navigate to the 'Messages' menu. Select 'New Message', enter the recipient's number or select from contacts, type your message using the keypad, and send.
3. SOS Emergency Button
The MM835 features a dedicated SOS button for emergencies. When pressed and held, it will automatically dial pre-set emergency contacts and send an emergency SMS message.

4. ICE (In Case of Emergency) Function
The ICE function allows you to store critical medical information and emergency contacts that can be accessed by first responders without unlocking the phone. Configure this in the phone settings.
5. Camera and FM Radio
- Camera: Access the camera from the main menu to take photos.
- FM Radio: Plug in headphones (not included) to use as an antenna, then access the FM Radio application from the menu.

6. Hearing Aid Compatibility (HAC)
The Maxcom MM835 is designed to be compatible with hearing aids, providing clear call quality for users with hearing impairments.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning Your Device
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the phone's exterior. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as they may damage the surface. Keep the charging port free of dust and debris.
2. Battery Care
To prolong battery life, avoid exposing the phone to extreme temperatures. Do not leave the phone fully discharged for extended periods. Use only the original charger or a certified compatible charger.
3. Software Updates
Periodically check for software updates in the phone's settings menu. Updates can improve performance, add new features, and enhance security.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Maxcom MM835, refer to the following common solutions:
- Phone not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the charger and try again. If the issue persists, remove and reinsert the battery.
- Cannot make or receive calls: Check if the SIM card is correctly inserted and activated. Verify that you have network coverage.
