1. Introduction

2. Components

Your MONOPOLY: tokidoki Board Game includes the following items:

• 1 Custom Game Board
• 6 Collectible Tokens (Mozzarella, Cactus Dog, Stellina, Sirena, Donutella, and Adios)
• 28 Title Deed Cards
• 16 tokidoki Cards (replacing traditional Chance cards)
• 16 Blind Box Cards (replacing traditional Community Chest cards)
• 1 Pack of Custom tokidoki Currency
• 32 Houses (renamed Bungalows)
• 12 Hotels (renamed Resorts)
• 2 Dice

3. Setup

1. Place the game board on a flat surface.
2. Separate the Title Deed cards, tokidoki Cards, and Blind Box Cards into their respective piles. Shuffle the tokidoki Cards and place them face down on the designated "tokidoki" spaces on the board. Shuffle the Blind Box Cards and place them face down on the designated "Blind Box" spaces.
3. Each player selects one of the 6 collectible tokidoki tokens to represent them on the board.
4. The Banker (one designated player) distributes the custom tokidoki currency to each player according to the standard MONOPOLY starting money rules (refer to the included printed rulebook for exact amounts).
5. Place the Bungalows (Houses) and Resorts (Hotels) near the board, ready for purchase.
6. Each player rolls both dice. The player with the highest total starts the game. Play proceeds clockwise.

4. Gameplay

The objective of MONOPOLY: tokidoki is to become the wealthiest player by buying, renting, and trading properties. Players move around the board based on dice rolls, acquiring properties, and collecting rent from opponents.

Player Turn Sequence:

1. Roll Dice and Move: Roll both dice and move your token clockwise around the board the number of spaces indicated.
2. Action on Space: The action you take depends on the space your token lands on:
   • Unowned Property: You may buy the property from the Bank for the price printed on the space. If you choose not to buy it, the Banker immediately auctions it to the highest bidder.
   • Owned Property: If another player owns the property, you must pay them rent as indicated on their Title Deed card.
   • tokidoki Card Space: Draw the top tokidoki Card and follow its instructions.
   • Blind Box Card Space: Draw the top Blind Box Card and follow its instructions.
   • Go: Pass or land on "Go" to collect M200 salary from the Bank.
   • Go to Jail: Move your token directly to the "In Jail" space. You do not collect M200 for passing Go.
   • Free Parking, Just Visiting, etc.: No action is required on these spaces.
3. Build Bungalows/Resorts: If you own all properties in a color group, you can build Bungalows and Resorts on them during your turn (even if you didn't roll the dice).
4. Trade/Mortgage: You can trade properties with other players or mortgage properties to the Bank for funds.

The game continues until only one player remains solvent, while all others have gone bankrupt. The last player remaining is the winner. For detailed rules on specific actions like mortgaging, trading, and bankruptcy, please refer to the comprehensive printed rulebook included in your game box.
