4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove the ice maker and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit. Remove all protective films and packaging materials.
4.2 Placement
Place the ice maker on a flat, stable, and level surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit. The compact design (7.28″ W x 13.0″ D x 12.68″ H) allows it to fit seamlessly into various spaces.

4.3 Initial Cleaning
Before first use, it is recommended to perform an initial cleaning cycle. Refer to the 'Automatic Self-Cleaning' section under Maintenance for detailed steps.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Adding Water
Open the top lid and pour potable water into the reservoir. The water tank has a 1-liter capacity. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.

5.2 Making Ice
After adding water, close the lid. Press the 'ICE' button on the control panel. The ice maker will begin producing nugget ice in as little as 5 minutes. It can produce up to 40 lbs of ice per day.

5.3 Ice Full Reminder
The ice maker is equipped with an 'ICE FULL' indicator. When the ice basket is full, the indicator light will illuminate, and the machine will automatically pause ice production to save energy. Once ice is removed, production will resume.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Automatic Self-Cleaning
The ice maker features a smart self-cleaning function for easy maintenance. Simply add water to the reservoir and press the 'CLEAN' button. The machine will automatically clean its interior, ensuring hygiene and safety. This cycle typically takes about 15 minutes.

6.2 Draining Water
For thorough cleaning or storage, drain any remaining water from the unit using the specially designed drainage hose. This ensures smooth water discharge and prevents leaks.

6.3 Descaling
Hard water can affect your ice maker's performance. Descale the unit once a month in moderately hard water areas, or every two to three weeks in hard to very hard water areas. Refer to the descaling instructions in the full product manual for specific steps.
