Setup Guide

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and a compatible USB power source. The indicator light on the case will show charging status.

2. Downloading the Ear Dance App

The AMINY U9 earbuds require the dedicated "Ear Dance" app for full translation functionality. Scan the QR code provided in the included user manual or search for "Ear Dance" in your device's app store (Google Play Store for Android, Apple App Store for iOS).

3. Bluetooth Connection and Pairing

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
2. On your smartphone, go to Bluetooth settings and search for nearby devices.
3. Select "U9" from the list of available devices to connect.
4. Open the "Ear Dance" app. The app should automatically detect and connect to the earbuds.

Operating Modes

The AMINY U9 earbuds offer multiple modes to facilitate communication and audio enjoyment.

1. Free Talk Mode (Dual Ear)

• Communicate through both earbuds. The earphones automatically recognize the language spoken and translate it in real-time, enabling direct barrier-free conversation.
• Tap the language switch button in the top-right corner of the app to switch between 163 languages and exchange languages between both sides.

2. Translation Machine Mode

• Click the speaking button corresponding to the language you speak. The phone will then play the translated content externally through its speaker.
• Click the language switch button at the top to switch among 163 languages.

3. Headphone + Phone Mode

• One person wears the earphones, and the other person holds the mobile phone. This mode is suitable for conversations where one party prefers not to wear an earbud.

4. AI Dialogue Mode

• Chat with the AI assistant. Click the speech button to start.
• Tap the button in the top-right corner to switch between 12 available languages for conversation.

5. Voice Note Mode

• Transcribe voices in real-time. Click the 'Recording' button, select the recording language, and click 'Confirm' to start recording.

6. Photo Translation

• Translate text from images. Enter the recording details page, click the edit button to edit transcription content.

7. Audio and Video Translation Mode

• Select 'My Language' and 'Their Language'. Tap the 'Invite Friend to Call' button and share the 'Invitation Link' with your friend. Your friend opens the 'Invitation Link' to start real-time barrier-free communication.

Earbud Touch Controls

The earbuds feature intuitive touch controls for managing calls and music playback.

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap right earbud.

• Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud during an incoming call.
