- For thorough cleaning, especially if essential oil residue builds up, use a cotton swab dipped in white vinegar to gently clean the ultrasonic atomizer plate at the bottom of the water tank.

- Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling or storing.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your InnoGear diffuser, refer to the following common troubleshooting tips:
1. Diffuser Leaks?
- Overfilling: Ensure water is below the 500ml MAX line. Overfilling can cause operational leakage from bubbling.
- Filling Method: Avoid filling under running water directly from a faucet. Use the measuring cup to fill the tank, preventing water from entering the air outlet or button areas.
- Open-Cover Operation: Do not operate the diffuser with the cover open, as this can cause bubbling-induced leakage.
- Draining: When emptying water, always pour from the designated "DRAIN SIDE" to prevent water ingress into internal components.
2. Mist Is Not Strong Enough or Product Stopped Working?
- Foam Pad: Check and remove any foam pad from the water basin. This pad is for packaging only and must be removed before use.
- Water Level: Ensure the water level is below the MAX line. Too high or too low water levels can affect mist output. Fill water to cover the atomizer but stay below the MAX line.
- Atomizer Clogs: Clear any clogs from the atomizer. Gently clean the atomizer with a cotton swab. Never use sharp tools, as this can damage the atomizer glaze.
- Mist Modes: Verify that the correct mist mode (continuous or intermittent) and timer settings are selected.
3. Diffuser Wouldn't Power On?
- Power Connection: Verify adapter connections to both the wall socket and the diffuser. Ensure they are securely plugged in.
- Water Level: The diffuser has an automatic shut-off feature when water runs low. Refill the water tank if it's empty.
4. The Remote Is Not Turning The Unit On?
- Battery Tab: Remove the battery insulation tab from the remote control to activate it.
- Battery Exhaustion: If the remote batteries are exhausted, replace them to operate.
- Control Range: Use the remote within its 16.5 ft control range.
