Maintenance

1. Emptying and Cleaning the Dual Dust Cup:
- Ensure the vacuum is unplugged before cleaning.
- Hold the product handle and pull the dust cup assembly upward to detach it from the main unit.
- Unlock the latch at the back of the dust cup lid to open it.
- Pour the collected dust and debris into a trash bin.
- The dual dust cup components are washable. Rinse them under running water until clean. Ensure they are completely dry before reassembling and reattaching to the vacuum.
2. Cleaning the Filters:
The 6-stage filtration system includes a HEPA filter, stainless steel filter, and sponges. These are washable and reusable.
- After emptying the dust cup, carefully remove the internal filter components (stainless steel filter, HEPA filter, sponges).
- Rinse all filter components under cool running water. Do not use detergents or hot water.
- Allow all filter parts to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reassembling. Do not use the vacuum with wet filters.

3. Cleaning the Roller Brush:
- Ensure the vacuum is unplugged.
- Locate the buttons on both sides of the roller brush housing on the underside of the vacuum head.
- Slide these buttons to release and remove the roller brush.
- Remove any tangled hair, threads, or debris from the roller brush using scissors or a cleaning tool.
- The roller brush can be rinsed with water if necessary. Ensure it is completely dry before reinserting.
