Setup
1. Battery Installation
Unscrew the tail cap of the flashlight. Insert the rechargeable battery with the positive (+) end facing towards the flashlight head. Screw the tail cap back on securely.

2. Mounting to Picatinny Rail
The flashlight includes a Picatinny rail mount for attachment to compatible firearms or accessories. Use the provided hex key to loosen the screws on the mount, position it on your rail, and then tighten the screws firmly to secure the flashlight.

3. Attaching Pressure Switch
Replace the standard tail cap with the pressure switch tail cap. Ensure it is screwed on tightly to maintain a secure connection and waterproof seal. The pressure switch allows for remote activation of the flashlight.

Operating Instructions
1. Basic Operation (Main Button)
Press the main button on the flashlight body to turn the light on. Press again to cycle through the light modes: High, Medium, Strobe. Press and hold to turn off the flashlight.

2. Light Modes
The H48 Tactical Flashlight features three distinct light modes: High for maximum illumination, Medium for balanced brightness and battery life, and Strobe for signaling or disorientation. Cycle through these modes using the main power button.

3. Zoom Function
Adjust the beam from a focused spotlight to a wide floodlight by extending or retracting the flashlight head. This allows for versatile illumination depending on your needs.

4. Pressure Switch Operation
When the pressure switch tail cap is installed, press and hold the pressure pad for momentary illumination. Release the pad to turn the light off. This switch typically operates in a single, high-output mode.
Maintenance
1. Charging
The H48 Tactical Flashlight features a Type-C USB charging port. Connect the provided USB cable to the flashlight and a power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter). The indicator light will show red during charging and turn green when fully charged. Charging typically takes 4-6 hours.

2. Cleaning and Care
The flashlight is constructed from durable aluminum alloy and is waterproof. To clean, wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure all caps are tightly sealed to maintain its waterproof integrity.
Troubleshooting
- Flashlight not turning on:
- Ensure the battery is correctly inserted with the positive (+) end facing forward.
- Check if the battery is charged. Connect to a Type-C USB charger and observe the indicator light.
- Verify that the tail cap (standard or pressure switch) is screwed on tightly.
- Dim light output:
- The battery may be low. Recharge the flashlight fully.
- Ensure the lens is clean and free from dirt or smudges.
- Zoom function is stiff or not smooth:
- Clean any debris from the sliding mechanism of the flashlight head.
- Avoid forcing the zoom mechanism.
