3. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to install and set up your ANCEL BM300 Pro Battery Monitor:
- Connect to Battery: Attach the red clamp to the positive (+) battery terminal and the black clamp to the negative (-) battery terminal. Ensure a secure connection.
- Download the App: Scan the QR code on the device or visit http://link.quicklynks.com/bm300.html to download the 'Smart Battery 24V' application from the App Store or Google Play.
- Pair via Bluetooth: Open the 'Smart Battery 24V' app. The app will search for available devices. Select your ANCEL BM300 Pro (identified by its serial number) to connect via Bluetooth.
- Secure the Device: Use the provided double-sided tape to securely attach the BM300 Pro to the battery case or a suitable flat surface near the battery.
- Grant Permissions: The app may request location and notification permissions. Grant these permissions for full functionality, including parking location recording and alerts.

4. Operating Instructions
Once installed and connected, use the 'Smart Battery 24V' app to monitor and test your battery.
4.1 Real-time Monitoring
The main screen of the app displays real-time data:
- Battery Level (SoC): Shows the current state of charge as a percentage.
- Voltage: Displays the current battery voltage.
- Temperature: Indicates the battery's operating temperature.

4.2 Battery Tests (Cranking Test, Charging Test)
Navigate to the 'Test' section within the app to perform diagnostic tests:
- Cranking Test: Follow the on-screen prompts to start your vehicle. The app will analyze the battery's performance during engine start-up and provide results on cranking voltage and time.
- Charging Test: The app will monitor the charging system's output, displaying voltage stability and ripple. This helps assess the alternator's performance.
4.3 History Data and Multi-Device Management
Access the 'History' tab to view past data in graphical format. The app also allows you to manage and monitor multiple BM300 Pro devices simultaneously (up to 4).

4.4 Vehicle Tracking and Travel Records
Utilize the app's integrated GPS features to automatically record your parking location and track your travel history. You can also export detailed travel data, including costs and driving habits, into monthly Excel files for review.
5. Maintenance

- Keep the device clean and free from dirt or debris.
