3. Setup and Installation
This section guides you through the step-by-step installation process. Ensure your system is powered off and unplugged before beginning.
3.1. Pre-Installation Checks
- Remove all protective stickers and plastic peels from the AIO cooler, including the radiator and pump head. Do not remove the thermal paste plastic protector from the cold plate yet.
- Verify that all pre-installed B12 ARGB fans are securely connected and daisy-chained.

3.2. Motherboard Preparation
The V-Lite AIO cooler is compatible with AMD AM4/AM5 and Intel LGA 1200/1700/1851/2011/2066 sockets. This guide uses an Intel LGA 1700 example. Refer to your motherboard manual for specific socket details.
- Install the AIO Backplate: Align the corners of the backplate from behind the motherboard with the corresponding socket holes. Adjust the backplate alignment according to your platform (inner setting for LGA 1200, outer for LGA 1700/1851).
- Secure Retention Screws: Use the Intel retention screws (larger threaded side down) to secure the backplate from the front side. Hand-tighten all four screws.
- Install Fastener Brackets: Place the fastener brackets on top of the retention screws. Ensure correct orientation as indicated by the arrows on the brackets.
- Tighten Nuts: Use the provided nuts and nut socket to tighten them down, securing the fastener brackets.

3.3. Radiator Installation
Install the radiator onto a compatible sized panel within your PC case using the provided small radiator screws. For optimal cooling, consider mounting the radiator on the top panel if your case supports 360mm radiators.

3.4. Pump Head Installation
- Remove both the top and bottom portions of the magnetic pump cover.
- Carefully remove the plastic cover on the cold plate to expose the pre-applied thermal paste.
- Lower the pump head onto the CPU, aligning the two spring screws with the fastener brackets.
- Tighten and secure the spring screws onto the fastener brackets.
- Reattach both magnetic pump covers. The top cover can be flipped to any desired orientation.

3.5. Cable Connections
Connect the pump head and radiator fans to your motherboard:
- Pump Head Connections: The pump head has two wires: a 3-pin ARGB connector and a 4-pin AIO pump connector. Connect the 3-pin ARGB connector to an available ARGB header on your motherboard. Connect the 4-pin AIO pump connector to your CPU_FAN or AIO_PUMP header on the motherboard.
- Radiator Fan Connections: The radiator fans also have two wires: a 3-pin ARGB wire and a 4-pin fan wire. Connect the 3-pin ARGB wire to another available ARGB header on your motherboard (or daisy-chain with the pump ARGB if supported). Connect the 4-pin fan wire to a CPU_OPT or SYS_FAN header.

4. Operating Instructions
Once installed and connected, the Valkyrie V360 Lite AIO CPU Liquid Cooler operates automatically, regulating fan and pump speeds based on CPU temperature to maintain optimal cooling performance. The RGB lighting can typically be controlled via your motherboard's ARGB software (e.g., ASUS Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light Sync, Gigabyte RGB Fusion, ASRock Polychrome Sync) or a dedicated RGB controller if your motherboard does not support ARGB headers.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your AIO liquid cooler.
- Dust Removal: Periodically clean dust from the radiator fins and fan blades using compressed air or a soft brush. Ensure fans are not spinning during cleaning.
- Check Tubing and Connections: Inspect the tubing for any kinks or leaks. Ensure all cable connections (fan, pump, ARGB) are secure.
- Thermal Paste: The cooler comes with pre-applied thermal paste and an extra tube. Reapplication of thermal paste is generally not required unless the cooler is removed from the CPU.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Valkyrie V360 Lite AIO CPU Liquid Cooler, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- No RGB Lighting: Check if the 3-pin ARGB connector is securely plugged into the correct motherboard header. Ensure your motherboard's ARGB software is installed and configured correctly.
- Fans Not Spinning/Pump Not Working: Verify that the 4-pin fan/pump connectors are securely plugged into the appropriate headers (CPU_FAN, AIO_PUMP, SYS_FAN). Check your motherboard's BIOS/UEFI settings to ensure fan/pump headers are enabled and configured for proper operation.
- High CPU Temperatures: Ensure the pump head is securely mounted to the CPU and making good contact. Verify that the radiator fans are spinning and oriented correctly for airflow (pushing air through the radiator). Check for any obstructions to airflow within your PC case.
- Unusual Noises: Inspect fans for any obstructions or loose cables. If the pump is making unusual noises, ensure it is properly mounted and that there are no air bubbles trapped in the loop (this usually resolves itself with normal operation).
