Setup
1. Wired Connection (USB-C)
- Connect the provided USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the keyboard.
- Connect the other end of the USB-A cable to an available USB port on your computer.
- The keyboard will be automatically recognized by your operating system.
2. 2.4GHz Wireless Connection
- Locate the 2.4GHz wireless receiver (dongle) in the package.
- Plug the 2.4GHz wireless receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
- Ensure the keyboard's power switch (usually on the back or side) is set to the "ON" position or wireless mode.
- The keyboard should automatically connect to the receiver. If not, press Fn + R to initiate pairing mode.
3. Initial Charging
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the keyboard. Connect the USB-C cable to the keyboard and a power source (computer USB port or USB wall adapter). The charging indicator light will show the charging status.

Battery Status

Maintenance
Cleaning the Keyboard

Troubleshooting
- Keyboard not responding (Wired):
- Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and the computer.
- Try a different USB port on your computer.
- Test with a different USB-C cable if available.
- Keyboard not responding (Wireless):
- Ensure the 2.4GHz wireless receiver is securely plugged into a USB port.
- Verify the keyboard's power switch is in the wireless mode position.
- Recharge the keyboard battery.
- Re-pair the keyboard by pressing Fn + R.
- Try a different USB port for the receiver.
- Keys not registering or double-typing:
- Clean under the affected keycap.
- If the issue persists, the switch may be faulty. Use the switch puller to replace the switch with a spare one.
- Keyboard not recognized by macOS:
- Ensure you have switched to the macOS layout if applicable (e.g., Fn + Left Alt).
