Key Components:
- Digital-Touch Display: For setting time, temperature, and selecting preset functions.
- Modi-fry Drawer: A large capacity drawer that can be used as a single zone or divided into two.
- Removable Divider: Allows for simultaneous cooking of two different dishes.
- Non-stick Crisper Plates: For optimal air circulation and easy cleaning.
- Handles: Ergonomically designed for safe handling of the hot drawer.
Setup and First Use
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the air fryer and all its components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport if needed.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the Modi-fry drawer, removable divider, and crisper plates with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth.
- Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is adequate space (at least 15cm) around the back and sides for proper air circulation. Do not place it directly against a wall or under cabinets.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The digital display will illuminate briefly.
- Initial Burn-off (Optional but Recommended): For the first use, it is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 200°C (390°F) to eliminate any manufacturing odors. A slight odor may be present, which is normal and will dissipate.
Operating Instructions
Basic Operation:
- Power On: Press the power button on the digital display to turn on the unit.
- Drawer Insertion: Ensure the Modi-fry drawer with the crisper plate (and divider if desired) is correctly inserted into the main unit. The unit will not operate if the drawer is not fully closed.
- Selecting Functions: Use the digital-touch display to select from 12 preset functions or manually adjust temperature and time.
- Temperature and Time Adjustment: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to increase or decrease temperature and cooking time. The temperature range is typically from 80°C to 200°C (175°F to 400°F) and time up to 60 minutes.
- Start Cooking: Press the 'Start' button to begin the cooking cycle.
- Built-in Memory: The air fryer features a built-in memory function that resumes cooking after power failures, ensuring your cooking process is not interrupted.
Using the Dual-Cook and Modi-fry Functions:
The Modi-fry drawer offers flexibility for various cooking needs:
- Single Zone Cooking: For larger portions or whole items like a chicken, remove the divider. This utilizes the full 10.3-liter capacity.
- Dual Zone Cooking: Insert the removable divider to create two separate cooking zones. This allows you to cook two different dishes simultaneously with independent temperature and time settings if desired, or use the 'Match Cook' function to synchronize settings.

Cooking Guidelines:
Cooking times and temperatures may vary based on food type, quantity, and desired crispiness. Always ensure food is cooked to safe internal temperatures.
- For best results, preheat the air fryer for 3-5 minutes before adding food.
- Shake or flip food halfway through the cooking process for even browning.
- Do not overfill the drawer; this can prevent even cooking and air circulation.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your air fryer.
- Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the air fryer from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Drawer and Crisper Plates: The non-stick Modi-fry drawer, removable divider, and crisper plates are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, they can be washed by hand with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembling.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may damage the finish.
- Interior: If necessary, wipe the interior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. For stubborn residue, a small amount of mild dish soap can be used. Ensure the interior is completely dry before next use.
- Storage: Store the air fryer in a cool, dry place when not in use. Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storage.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Bennett Read Triple Zone Air Fryer, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |

| Food is not cooked evenly. | Overcrowding the drawer; not shaking/flipping food. | Do not overfill the drawer. Cook in smaller batches if necessary. Shake or flip food halfway through cooking. |
