4. Setup

4.1 Unpacking and Inspection

  1. Carefully remove the power supply and all accessories from the packaging.
  2. Inspect the unit for any signs of physical damage. If damage is found, contact your supplier immediately.
  3. Ensure all components listed in the packing list are present.

4.2 Power Connection

  1. Connect the provided AC power cord to the power input socket on the rear panel of the power supply.
  2. Plug the other end of the power cord into a suitable grounded AC power outlet.

4.3 Connecting the Load

  1. Ensure the power supply output is OFF (press the ON/OFF button if necessary, the display should show "OFF").
  2. Connect the positive (+) terminal of your load to the red output terminal of the power supply.
  3. Connect the negative (-) terminal of your load to the black output terminal of the power supply.
  4. Use appropriate test leads with sufficient current capacity for your application.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off

  1. Turn on the main power switch located on the rear panel. The display will illuminate.
  2. To enable or disable the output, press the ON/OFF button on the front panel. When the output is off, the display will show "OFF".

5.2 Setting Voltage and Current

  1. Press the U button to enter voltage adjustment mode. The voltage value on the display will blink.
  2. Rotate the Control Knob to adjust the desired voltage. Press the knob to switch between digit positions for fine adjustment.
  3. Press the I button to enter current adjustment mode. The current value on the display will blink.
  4. Rotate the Control Knob to adjust the desired current limit. Press the knob to switch between digit positions.
  5. Once settings are complete, press the ON/OFF button to enable the output.

5.3 Using Memory Presets (M1, M2, M3)

  1. To Save Settings: Set the desired voltage and current. Press and hold one of the M1, M2, or M3 buttons for approximately 3 seconds until a confirmation beep or display change indicates the settings are saved.
  2. To Recall Settings: Briefly press the desired M1, M2, or M3 button. The stored voltage and current values will be loaded.

5.4 Over Voltage Protection (OVP) and Over Current Protection (OCP)

  1. Setting OVP: Press the OVP button. The OVP voltage value will blink. Use the Control Knob to set the maximum allowable output voltage. Press OVP again to confirm.
  2. Setting OCP: Press the OCP button. The OCP current value will blink. Use the Control Knob to set the maximum allowable output current. Press OCP again to confirm.
  3. When OVP or OCP is triggered, the output will shut down, and the corresponding indicator will illuminate. To reset, clear the fault condition and press the ON/OFF button.

5.5 Using the Quick Charge USB Port

The front panel USB port provides a convenient charging output for compatible devices. Simply connect your USB device to this port. This output is independent of the main DC output settings.

6. Maintenance
