Troubleshooting
- Grinder displays 'E3' error: This indicates that the bean hopper is not securely locked. Ensure the hopper is twisted clockwise until it clicks into its locked position.
- No grinding occurs: Check if the power cord is securely plugged in. Ensure the bean hopper is correctly installed and locked. Verify that there are coffee beans in the hopper.
- Inconsistent grind: Ensure the burrs are clean and free of old coffee grounds. Adjust the grind setting to a finer or coarser level as needed for your brewing method.
- Excessive noise: Some noise is normal during operation. If the noise is unusually loud or grinding sounds strained, check for foreign objects in the burrs or ensure the burrs are properly seated.
