- Crown (A): Used for setting time and date.
- Pusher (B): Top pusher, typically for starting/stopping the chronograph.
- Pusher (C): Bottom pusher, typically for resetting the chronograph.
- Subdials: Display chronograph seconds, minutes, and 24-hour moon phase.

Setup Instructions
1. Setting the Time:
- Pull the crown (A) out to the furthest position (position 2).
- Rotate the crown (A) to move the hour and minute hands to the desired time. Ensure the AM/PM is correctly set, especially when setting the date.
- Push the crown (A) back into its normal position (position 0).
2. Setting the Date:
- Pull the crown (A) out to the first position (position 1).
- Rotate the crown (A) to adjust the date in the date window.
- Once the correct date is set, push the crown (A) back into its normal position (position 0).
- Note: Avoid setting the date between 9 PM and 3 AM, as this may interfere with the automatic date change mechanism. If the date needs to be set during this period, first set the time outside this range, adjust the date, then reset the time.
3. Operating the Chronograph:
- Start: Press pusher (B) to start the chronograph. The chronograph second hand will begin to move.
- Stop: Press pusher (B) again to stop the chronograph. The elapsed time will be displayed.
- Reset: Press pusher (C) to reset the chronograph hands to their zero positions.
4. Adjusting the Moon Phase:
The moon phase subdial typically operates in conjunction with the 24-hour indicator. Adjustment methods can vary slightly by movement. Generally, it is adjusted by rotating the crown in position 1 or by a dedicated recessed pusher (if present, use a small tool to press gently).
For precise adjustment, it is recommended to consult a current moon phase calendar and set the watch accordingly. The 24-hour subdial will indicate whether it is AM or PM, which is crucial for the moon phase accuracy.
5. Adjusting the Metal Strap:
The metal strap can be adjusted by removing links to achieve a comfortable fit. A watch band disassembly tool is typically included for this purpose.
For a visual guide on how to adjust the watch strap, please refer to the instructional video below:
Video: Instructions on how to adjust the metal strap of the watch by removing links using the provided tool.
Steps for strap adjustment (general guide):
- Identify the pins on the side of the strap links that need to be removed. Look for small arrows indicating the direction to push the pin.
- Place the strap in the watch band disassembly tool, aligning the pin with the tool's pusher.
- Gently turn the screw on the tool to push the pin out.
- Remove the desired number of links.
- Reconnect the strap by inserting the pin back into the links in the opposite direction of removal.
Operating Instructions
Once set up, your OLEVS G3675 watch will function automatically. The quartz movement ensures accurate timekeeping. The chronograph can be used for timing events, and the moon phase will advance daily.
- Timekeeping: The watch continuously displays the current time.
- Chronograph: Use pushers (B) and (C) as described in the "Setup" section for timing.
- Luminous Function: Expose the watch to light for 30-40 seconds to activate the luminous hands and markers for visibility in the dark.
Maintenance and Care
Water Resistance:
This watch is water resistant to 30 meters (3 ATM). This means it can withstand splashes, rain, and brief immersion in water, such as hand washing. It is not suitable for swimming, bathing, diving, or prolonged water activities. Avoid operating the crown or pushers when the watch is wet.
Cleaning:
To maintain the appearance of your watch, wipe the case and strap regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For stainless steel straps, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by a dry cloth. Avoid using chemical cleaners or abrasive materials.
Battery:
The watch is powered by an analog quartz movement, which requires a battery. When the watch stops or the second hand begins to jump erratically, it indicates a low battery. Battery replacement should be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and function.
Storage:
When not wearing the watch, store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep it away from strong magnetic fields, which can affect the accuracy of quartz movements.
Troubleshooting
- Watch not running: Check if the crown is fully pushed in. If it is, the battery may need replacement.
- Time is inaccurate: Ensure the crown is fully pushed in. If the issue persists, the watch may require servicing or battery replacement.
- Date not changing: Verify the time is set correctly, especially the AM/PM cycle. Avoid setting the date between 9 PM and 3 AM.
- Chronograph hands not resetting to zero: This can sometimes occur. If the chronograph hands do not reset to the 12 o'clock position after pressing the reset pusher (C), the watch may require a minor adjustment by a technician.
- Strap clasp opening unexpectedly: Ensure the clasp is securely closed. If it continues to open, the clasp mechanism may need adjustment or repair.
