2. Safety Information

• Read the Manual: Familiarize yourself with all controls and proper use of the appliance.
• Wear Appropriate Attire: Always wear safety glasses or goggles, long pants, and sturdy footwear. Avoid loose clothing that could get caught in moving parts.
• Clear the Area: Before mowing, clear the area of objects such as rocks, sticks, wires, bones, and other debris that could be thrown by the blade.

4. Setup

4.1 Unboxing and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your lawn mower:

1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Unfold the lower handle section and secure it to the mower base using the provided hardware.
3. Attach the upper handle section to the lower handle, ensuring all cables are properly routed and secured with clips.
4. Attach the grass collection bag to the rear of the mower.

4.2 Battery Installation

The mower is powered by two 4.0Ah 20V lithium-ion batteries. To install:

1. Open the battery compartment cover located on top of the mower.
2. Insert both fully charged batteries into their respective slots until they click into place.
3. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Adjusting Cutting Height

The mower offers 5 height adjustments, from 1 inch to 2.5 inches. To adjust:

1. Ensure the mower is turned off and the battery is removed for safety.
2. Locate the height adjustment lever on the side of the mower.
3. Pull the lever outwards and move it to the desired cutting height setting (1-5).
4. Release the lever to lock it into position.

5.2 Starting and Mowing

To start the mower:

1. Ensure batteries are installed and the grass bag is attached.
2. Press and hold the lock-off button on the handle.
3. While holding the lock-off button, pull the bail switch towards the handle. The mower will start.
4. Release the lock-off button, but continue to hold the bail switch to keep the mower running.

The mower features a brushless motor with two speeds (3,300 rpm/3,700 rpm) and auto-adjust RPM for optimal power and run time. Its 13-inch cutting width is ideal for medium-sized lawns up to 3200 sq. ft.

5.3 Battery as Portable Power Bank

The Litheli 4.0Ah batteries are versatile and can also be used as portable power banks. They feature USB ports for charging cell phones, computers, tablets, and other electronic devices, providing emergency power when needed.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Blade Care

The mower is equipped with a durable manganese steel blade for high cutting efficiency. Regularly inspect the blade for sharpness and damage. A dull or damaged blade can affect cutting performance and mower efficiency. Replace the blade if it is bent, cracked, or excessively worn.

6.2 Grass Bag Emptying

The 8-gallon grass collection bag should be emptied regularly to maintain optimal cutting performance and prevent clogging. To remove the bag, lift the rear flap and detach the bag from its hooks. Dispose of clippings responsibly.

6.3 Storage

The mower features an easy-to-fold handle, allowing for compact storage in tight spaces like garden sheds or garages. To fold, loosen the handle clamps and fold the handle down. The carrying handle makes it easy to transport the lightweight mower.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Litheli lawn mower, please refer to the following common troubleshooting tips:

• Mower Not Starting: Ensure batteries are fully charged and correctly inserted. Check that the safety key (if applicable) is in place and both the lock-off button and bail switch are engaged correctly.
• Poor Cutting Performance: Check the blade for sharpness and damage. Ensure the cutting height is appropriate for the grass length. Empty the grass collection bag if it is full.
• Excessive Vibration: Turn off the mower immediately and check the blade for damage or imbalance. Ensure all fasteners are tight.
• Short Run Time: Ensure batteries are fully charged. Battery performance can decrease in very cold weather.
