1. Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the FOHERE 2-in-1 Rotatable Electric Indoor Raclette Table Grill. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and care of your appliance. Please read all instructions carefully before first use and retain this manual for future reference.

2. Important Safety Instructions

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE.

  • Always ensure the appliance is placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
  • Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
  • To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the appliance base in water or other liquid.
  • Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
  • Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
  • Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Contact customer service for examination, repair, or adjustment.
  • The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
  • Do not use outdoors.
  • Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
  • Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
  • Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
  • Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
  • Do not use appliance for other than intended household use.

3. Product Components

4. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Dispose of packaging materials responsibly.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe the grill plates and cheese pans with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. The main unit should only be wiped with a damp cloth.
  3. Placement: Place the main grill unit on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface, ensuring adequate clearance from walls and other objects.
  4. Assemble Grill Plates: Place the reversible grill plates onto the heating elements. Ensure they are seated correctly.
  5. Configuration: The grill can be used in a straight (180°) or angled (90°) configuration. Adjust the two halves of the grill as desired for your table layout.

  6. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

  1. Preheating: Turn on the power switch(es) located on the side of the grill. The indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the grill is heating. Allow 15-20 minutes for the grill to reach its optimal cooking temperature (approximately 230°C ± 25°C or 446°F ± 45°F).

  2. Grill Plate Usage:
    • Ribbed Side: Ideal for grilling meats (steak, chicken, pork chops) and vegetables. The ribbed surface helps drain excess fat.
    • Smooth Side: Suitable for cooking pancakes, eggs, bacon, or tortillas.

  3. Warming Tray Usage: Place ingredients such as cheese, small vegetables, or pre-cooked items into the individual warming pans. Slide these pans under the heating element for melting or warming. Use the provided wooden spatulas to handle food in the pans.
  4. Cooking: Place food directly onto the preheated grill plates. Monitor cooking progress and turn food as needed.
  5. After Use: Once cooking is complete, turn off the power switch(es) and unplug the appliance from the wall outlet. Allow the grill to cool completely before cleaning.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your raclette grill.

  1. Cool Down: Always ensure the grill is unplugged and completely cool before attempting to clean.
  2. Remove Grill Plates and Pans: Carefully remove the grill plates and individual warming pans from the main unit.
  3. Cleaning Grill Plates and Pans: The non-stick grill plates and warming pans are removable and easy to clean. Wash them with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that could damage the non-stick coating. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.

  4. Cleaning Main Unit: Wipe the main unit and heating elements with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
  5. Storage: Store the clean and dry grill in a cool, dry place.

7. Troubleshooting
