1. Safety Instructions

Please read all safety instructions carefully before using this appliance and retain them for future reference. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

• Ensure the power supply voltage matches the rating label on the fan.
• Do not immerse the fan, plug, or cord in water or other liquids.

Control Panel & Remote Functions

The fan features an intuitive LED control panel on top and a convenient remote control for operation.

• ON/OFF Button: Powers the fan on or off.
• MODE Button: Cycles through Normal, Natural, Sleep, and Auto modes.
• SPEED Button: Adjusts fan speed (3 levels).
• OSC (Oscillation) Button: Activates or deactivates the 90° oscillation function.
• TIMER Button: Sets the automatic shut-off timer (up to 12 hours).
• LIGHT Button (Remote Only): Controls the LED display light.

4. Setup

4.1 Assembly

The ZAFRO Tower Fan is designed for tool-free assembly. Simply attach the base to the main fan unit.

1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Align the two halves of the base and snap them together.
3. Place the main fan unit onto the assembled base, ensuring the alignment tabs fit correctly.
4. Secure the base to the fan unit using the provided nut or locking mechanism, typically found on the underside of the base. Turn clockwise until tight.

4.2 Placement

For optimal performance and safety:

• Place the fan on a firm, level surface.
• Ensure there is at least 12 inches (30 cm) of clear space around the fan for proper airflow.
• Do not block air inlets or outlets.
• Avoid placing the fan in direct sunlight or near heat sources.

5. Operating Instructions

Plug the fan into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.

5.1 Power On/Off

• Press the ON/OFF button on the control panel or remote to turn the fan on or off.

5.2 Mode Selection

Press the MODE button to cycle through the following wind modes:

• Normal Mode: Provides a constant airflow at the selected speed.
• Natural Mode: Simulates natural breeze by varying fan speed intermittently.
• Sleep Mode: Operates at a lower speed with reduced noise, gradually decreasing speed over time for comfortable sleep.
• Auto Mode: Adjusts fan speed intelligently based on the ambient room temperature to maintain a consistent comfort level.

5.3 Speed Adjustment

• Press the SPEED button to select from 3 available fan speeds (Low, Medium, High).

5.4 Oscillation Control

• Press the OSC button to activate the 90° wide-angle oscillation. Press again to stop oscillation.

5.5 Timer Function

• Press the TIMER button repeatedly to set the desired operating time, from 1 to 12 hours. The fan will automatically turn off after the set time.

5.6 Remote Control Usage

• Point the remote control directly at the fan's receiver.
• Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the fan.
• The remote requires one C battery (included). Replace the battery when the remote's range decreases.

6. Maintenance

Regular cleaning and proper storage will ensure the longevity and efficient operation of your fan.

6.1 Cleaning

Always unplug the fan before cleaning.

• Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Interior/Grille: The fan features a detachable design for easy cleaning. Carefully detach the front grille and the internal components. Wash the grille and honeycomb parts with mild soap and water. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling.

6.2 Storage

• If storing the fan for an extended period, clean it thoroughly.
• Store the fan in its original packaging or a suitable box in a cool, dry place.
• Keep the power cord neatly coiled to prevent damage.
