1. Important Safety Instructions
Please read all instructions carefully before using the BERGNER MAROON Immersion Blender. Retain this manual for future reference.
- Electrical Safety: Ensure the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to your local mains voltage before connecting. Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug.
- Blade Safety: The blades are very sharp. Handle with extreme care when assembling, disassembling, and cleaning. Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply before attaching or removing parts, and before cleaning.
- Operation: Avoid contact with moving parts. Do not use the appliance for purposes other than its intended use. Do not operate continuously for more than 1 minute to prevent overheating. Allow the motor to cool down before resuming use.
- Child Safety: This appliance is not intended for use by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children.

- Motor Unit: The main body of the blender with a 1000W motor and two-speed control buttons. Features an ergonomic design for comfortable grip.
- Blending Shaft: A removable stainless steel shaft with an anti-splash dome and sharp blades, ideal for blending soups, smoothies, and sauces directly in pots or bowls.

3. Setup and Assembly
Before first use, clean all parts that will come into contact with food as described in the 'Maintenance and Cleaning' section.
3.1 Assembling the Immersion Blender
- Align the blending shaft with the motor unit.
- Twist the blending shaft clockwise until it locks securely into place.
- To disassemble, twist counter-clockwise and pull apart.
3.2 Assembling the Chopper
- Place the chopper blade onto the central pin inside the chopper bowl.
- Add your ingredients to the chopper bowl.
- Place the chopper lid onto the bowl, ensuring it is properly seated.
- Align the motor unit with the chopper lid and twist clockwise until it locks.
3.3 Assembling the Whisk Attachment
- Insert the whisk into the whisk gear box.
- Align the whisk gear box with the motor unit.
- Twist the whisk gear box clockwise until it locks securely into place.
4. Operating Instructions
Always ensure the appliance is properly assembled and plugged into a suitable power outlet before operation.

4.1 General Blending (Immersion Blender)
- Ensure the blending shaft is securely attached to the motor unit.
- Immerse the blending shaft into the ingredients. Ensure the liquid level is below the maximum fill line if using a container, and that the blades are fully submerged.
- Plug in the appliance.
- Press and hold the desired speed button (Speed 1 or Speed 2) to start blending. Speed 1 is for softer ingredients and general blending, Speed 2 provides maximum power for tougher ingredients.
- Move the blender gently up and down and in circles to ensure even blending.
- Release the button to stop the appliance.
- Unplug the appliance before removing the blending shaft or cleaning.
4.2 Using the Chopper
- Assemble the chopper as described in Section 3.2.
- Plug in the appliance.
- Press and hold the desired speed button to chop. Use short pulses for coarse chopping, or hold longer for finer results.
- Monitor the consistency of ingredients through the transparent bowl.
- Release the button to stop.
- Unplug the appliance before disassembling and removing chopped ingredients.
4.3 Using the Whisk Attachment
- Assemble the whisk attachment as described in Section 3.3.
- Place the whisk into the ingredients (e.g., eggs, cream) in a suitable bowl.
- Plug in the appliance.
- Press and hold the desired speed button to whisk.
- Move the whisk gently to incorporate air and achieve desired consistency.
- Release the button to stop.
- Unplug the appliance before disassembling and cleaning.
5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your appliance.
- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water or any other liquid.
- Blending Shaft, Chopper Bowl, Chopper Blade, Whisk, Measuring Cup: These parts can be washed in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately.
- Dishwasher Safety: The motor unit is NOT dishwasher safe. While other attachments may be, hand washing is recommended to prolong their lifespan.
- Storage: Store the appliance and its accessories in a dry place, out of reach of children.
6. Troubleshooting
