4. Setup

4.1. Battery Installation

1. Ensure the tool is switched off.
2. Align the 20V lithium-ion battery with the battery port on the tool.
3. Slide the battery into the port until it clicks securely into place.
4. To remove, press the battery release button and slide the battery out.

1. Ensure the tool is switched off and the battery is removed.
2. Press the magazine release latch and pull the magazine open.
3. Insert a strip of 18 GA straight nails (15-50 mm) or U-shaped staples (19-40 mm) into the magazine. Ensure the fasteners are oriented correctly.
4. Push the magazine closed until it locks securely.

The depth adjustment knob is located near the muzzle. Rotate the knob to increase or decrease the fastening depth. Test on a scrap piece of material to achieve the desired depth before working on your project.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Powering On/Off

Press the power button on the control panel to turn the tool on. The LED indicator will light up. Press again to turn off.

5.2. Selecting Firing Mode

The tool features two firing modes:

• Single Firing Mode: For precise fastening. Press the tool against the workpiece, then pull the trigger to fire one fastener.
• Continuous Firing Mode: For rapid fastening. Hold the trigger, then press the tool against the workpiece to fire fasteners continuously. The tool can fire up to 70 fasteners per minute.

5.3. Using the LED Light

The integrated LED light automatically illuminates when the tool is active, providing optimal visibility in low-light conditions.

5.4. General Operation Tips

• Always ensure the safety contact mechanism is fully depressed against the workpiece before pulling the trigger.
