Setup

Initial Charging

Before first use, ensure the earbuds are fully charged. It is crucial to remove the insulating film from the charging contacts on each earbud stem. Failure to do so will prevent proper charging.

Troubleshooting

Earbuds Not Charging

• Ensure the insulating film has been removed from the charging contacts on both earbuds.
• Verify that the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
• Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case to remove any debris.

Connectivity Issues / Only One Earbud Playing

• Ensure both earbuds are fully charged.
• Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open the lid and try pairing again.
• On your device, forget or unpair "KZ Carol Pro" from your Bluetooth settings, then re-initiate the pairing process.
• Ensure the earbuds are within the Bluetooth range (up to 50 feet).

Sound Quality Issues

• Ensure ear tips provide a secure seal in your ear canal. Try different sizes of ear tips for optimal fit.
• If the sound is too bright or lacks bass, consider adjusting the equalizer (EQ) settings on your audio device. Note that ANC mode can noticeably boost bass.
• Clean any earwax or debris from the earbud nozzles.
